Deluxe resort for moderate-value price without feeling like you've sacrificed an ounce of quality. The ability to walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios is great. Pool area is lush and sprawling with friendly poolside service. Good or bad, the property doesn't give off much of a Disney vibe and there's pretty much no Disney theming on property besides the lobby gift shop. Both Swan and Dolphin distinguish themselves as better resorts to get a workout in - decent gyms are surprising rare at Disney World resorts.

Excellent location and price. The best feature and main reason I stay here is because it's walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (or take the boat in front) but without the insane Disney hotel prices. Excellent pool area is shared with Dolphin. Rooms are nice but not VERY nice, but for the price I'm not complaining. Beds are very comfortable. Dolphin has a better lobby with a bar if you are with a group and want to meet up for a drink. Restaurants are ok but there are better choices in the area. Self-parking fee is aggressive and the "resort fee" is obnoxious, of course.

Over all, this hotel was great. Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice rooms that are kept up, walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, Board Walk right next door. Definitely has high Disney standards. Check in was quick and easy and could even be done over the app if you wanted. The room had an A/C that worked well, although it was a little loud when running, so you could be comfortable at whatever temperature works for you. Cons: Costs $29 for parking daily ( $4 more than it costs to park at Hollywood Studios), the food in the little coffee cafe is high (about $7 for a coffee and $7 for a crescent), with social distancing you had to wait person/group by person/group for the elevator at peak times (unless a person was bold enough to let you on with them). Checking in/parking can be confusing at night on the first night. Some rooms next to each other are conjoined for big families who want a second room. So it’s awkward to have a door with a lock going into the next room with another family in there. It wasn’t an issue, but in the morning you could hear the kids fairly easily without a fan (that I brought) blowing for cover noise. Over all, I’d stay again. No real complaints. I just wanted to give an honest review with pros and cons.

Bathrooms need to be updated! Had to call maintenance the first day because the tub wouldn't drain at all to shower. Shower head was very grimy as well. Room was decent but could have been cleaned better for the price. Location is great but I will probably spend the same amount and stay at Coronado again next time. The staff was overall very nice and when we requested extra towels through the app they came promptly - just wish the rooms themselves were a bit nicer.

Had a great stay at Disney Swan. Helpful and friendly staff throughout, awesome location with walkable areas on the resort property that are beautiful. Nice walk to Epcot and Disney Boardwalk as well. Great Disney store in the lobby that has souvenirs but also staff to help with planning your Disney parks plans. Nice rooms that have a modern feel.

Staff is super nice, my only complaint is their timeliness. We asked for a different pillow and waited an hour for it to get to our room. On top of that, the first shuttle of the day is always late. Resort is beautiful and very conveniently placed.

This place is awesome, staff is friendly, people Are following mask requirements and feel comfortable walking around. Update first day was ok, the the next day blinds held up with duct tape fell down while we were at the park and they tried to vacuum up the water and never called me to update. This is very disappointing

Large Hotel with many amenities.Easy to navigate to. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Provides shuttle service to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs.

I have stayed here with my family, for our trips to Disney World. These resorts are amazing! I loved that it was right next to the Boardwalk, so you could dine there if you wanted. And the pools looked amazing, so I would love to visit those on a day off someday. The best part had to be that the resort, despite being a part of Marriott, there was still Disney transportation. I loves the Friendship, and being close to the parks. This Resort is just amazing.

Never ever stay here. Worst costumer service, stole money from us, and more. We got a room where the plumbing was leaking into the floor and was wet everywhere . So we talked them, told them the problem and they switched us rooms after talking to them for hours because they refused to even come look at the problem. We have a very high status at the Marriott. Once we got to our new room they double charged us for the room plus added on 2 days where we weren’t even in the room on top of the old room. When we went down to address the problem they said basically that we aren’t getting our money back and that they don’t have money to pay us back. When they stole that exact money from our account. They ruined their whole reputation. And not only did these things happen but before we got to the hotel when we were planning it they did the same things and were awful to work with. They didn’t even care how much business we bring them. Don’t stay here unless you want more than $2000 dollars stolen from your account.

Hola. Me quede en este hotel, para Visitar los parques de Disney. Los cuartos no son nada iguales a los que salen en las fotografías del sitio web. (Son más feos) no tiene desayuno todos los días y te dicen que la transportación hacia los parques es gratis cuando no lo es. Al final te la cobran. Y no te dan ningún beneficio en los parques por quedarte en su hotel

We had a great time last week here. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the activities there. The only down fall is not many choices for food for a young family that is within budget. They do have great restaurants there but little expensive and not a setting for kids. Staff seemed very helpful and friendly.

First time here and I think this is one of the only two hotels that you can use Marriott points but still have many of the Disney benefits. The other is dolphin, which is right next door. Got an upgrade using the suite night rewards and room is nice. I can see the Christmas fireworks from both Epcot and Magic Kingdom from my room. Service is fast and friendly. The breakfast buffet for elite is limited to cold items but they serve the purpose. The hotel has shuttle service directly to Disney parks and you also get the extra magic hours. You even have some Disney characters dining experience here if that’s your thing. Overall I like this hotel. I would say this hotel could be a good fit for families who have been to Disney before so you don’t care about every little bit of details but still want some level of convenience of being close to the park. The only thing that threw me off was the Dolphin sign. That does not look like a dolphin at all. It’s more like a koi than dolphin in my mind...

Lovely resort and a really nice place to walk around because you're so close to the boardwalk resorts and you can walk or take a boat to Epcot and/or the Hollywood Studios. It's not owned by Disney (it's a Marriott resort) but you get the perks of Disney without the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Overall the resort was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. However, it feels like a lot of common areas need repairs and restoration. The carpet in the hallways looks terrible. Also, the hidden fees are ridiculous. The initial "per night" price is totally misleading. I may not5 stay there again because the price is misleading.

This is a nice hotel. It is mostly geared towards the business person as they hold several conferences here and I didn't feel comfortable in my every day clothing! Not much of a variety of places to eat but it is within walking distance to the Dolphin and the Boardwalk. If I had kids I would definitely choose one of the other Disney hotels. Staying at Disney hotels is definitely worth the money.

Checked in at midnight on a Saturday night and realized our agency had messed up the booking. Katherine Matthew, the manager at the front desk went out of her way to make sure that we could be situated in a great room. Many thanks to Katherine for going above and beyond! I’d definitely stay again next time. 15 min walk to Orlando Hollywood Studios, with a convenient boat that leaves as well if you don’t want to walk.

Ya quedo un poco antiguo pero las vistas son mágicas Lo bueno es que tiene el parking mas cercano y varias paradas de bus. Baños pequeños ycon equipamiento mejorable Por su puesto que cualquier hotel dentro de los parques siempre son mas caros que los que esten fuera del mismo. Aunque sea a media milla. Asi costo alto en relacióna sus prestaciones

El servicio impecable.Las habitaciones con una vista espectacular y muy limpias.Los accesos a los parques rápidos y de varias formas autobús, barco.Varias opciones para comer y las albercas muy bonitas.Sin lugar a dudas repetiría en mi próxima visita a Disney.El bufet de la mañana vale mucho la pena.
