“Albeit a bit basic, the room was nice and clean. The problem was the bed and bedding. The bed itself was uncomfortable. The duvet was less than 1cm thick in the middle of winter and the pillows were lumpy and hard. Had the worst night sleep ever! The staff were lovely and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast hence why I've given 2 and not 1 star.”

“This is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We came for a conference. The beds are so comfy. You get unlimited complimentary coffee, but what was the best was that ALL the staff went over and beyond to welcome us. Nothing was too much. Thank you for being so lovely and humble.”
