Estou esperando quase 3 horas para conseguir um quarto. Não há organização aqui e os hóspedes são tão rudes quanto os funcionários do hotel. Só porque isso está em um país de segundo ou terceiro mundo não significa que você não pode ter boas maneiras. Eu nunca recomendaria este lugar a ninguém. Não há nada aqui além de piscinas e 1 buffet para tudo incluído, a comida nem é medíocre. Eles mentem, não há acesso à praia. Você só pode descer a escada para o oceano a cerca de 25 pés de profundidade, com as ondas quebrando nas rochas. Economize seu dinheiro e vá para outro lugar, o pior all inclusive que eu já vi. Esquerda usado sabonete no chuveiro, xícaras sujas, sem toalhas de lavar, apenas uma experiência horrível. Este lugar pode ter sido 4 estrelas há alguns anos, agora é apenas 1. O "spa" é uma cama à beira das piscinas sob um pavilhão, não espere relaxar. Mal posso esperar para verificar!

O lugar é incrível e por um preço justo, a comida é bem razoável, o serviço da recepção que deixa um pouco a desejar devido ao grande fluxo de hóspedes e o despreparo de alguns funcionários. Mas eu indico! Voltarei.

Não espere luxo e serviço vip, porém ótimo custo benefício. Quarto super espaçoso, ótima cama. Os serviços dos bares da piscina deixam um pouco a desejar, as bebidas não tem padrão e não são de qualidade exceto a cerveja é obvio, mas se considerarmos o valor é "aceitável". De contra partida o atendimento no restaurante é ótimo e a comida na maior parte dos 9 dias que permanecemos era boa. No restaurante tem o senhor Lappost acredito que ele seja o coordenador doa garçons muito atencioso e engraçado, tornou nossa estadia mais divertida!

Dou 4 estrelas, é um hotel muito bonito, porém ele é voltado para atender o turista francês, me colocaram em um quarto com vista para o telhado, reclamamos e mudaram o nosso quarto porém com o ralo do banheiro entupido e com um vazamento no ar condicionado que alagou o quarto, na troca das toalhas não colocaram as de rosto e nem a do chão, serviço precário, precisa melhorar muito e para você pegar as toalhas para praia tem que deixar um caução de $10 dólares por toalha.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, com piscina, bares, restaurantes, lojas, massagem, e jantar romântico (Tem que fazer reserva antecipada). Uma vista espetacular para o mar. Tem um restaurante japonês, porém é pago a parte, o que achei não ter nada a ver...pois o preço pago já deveria estar tudo incluído. Café da manhã muito bem servido com pães, bolos, tortas, e ovos, bacon.... Muito bem localizado, com van que leva e trás os passageiros para a praia. Um por do sol lindo, lanchonete que atende muito bem com lanches, batata fritas e pizzas, também os coquetéis são muito especiais, espumante. Tem o pessoal que faz recreação na piscina, mas é bem fraquinho,somente danças e nem sempre conseguiam animar o público e. geral, apenas uma meia dúzia de hóspedes mais desinibidos. Os quartos achei que deixam um pouco a desejar, a pia tinha uma plataforma que era desnivelado do piso o que dificultava o uso, mas atendeu nossas necessidades. Faltou um espelho maior e melhor posicionado para a mulher se arrumar. As piscinas são os pontos fortes deste hotel.

No organization at all. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Staff is rude and none speak English. The place was full of rude, noisey, locals and kids. There's nothing to do on the resort except dwim in the pools. There was only 3 restaurantsand only one for the all inclusive. The first room I waited almost 5 hours for. It was dirty and the downgraded me.The 2nd room was supposed to be an upgrade to full ocean view as I paid for partial and they lied,they only put me in a partial room. It was nicer, but when it rained water got in the room and all over my son's bag. Worst all inclusive. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.Everyday ppl checking in filled the lobby for hours at least 4-5 hours

Remember, pictures can be edited. Place is not what pictures show. Fair price for what you get. Dont expect anything great. Its ok nothing more than that. There is no beach near the hotel. If you want to get to the beach either take a cab or the shuttle bus. Too far for walks. Also, there is nothing else around there. No businesses of any kind, therefore you are limited to what to do. 2 hous from santo domingo and about 1.20 from punta cana. My opnion you better off paying an extra 20,40 dollars more per day and get a place better located.

I've been waiting close to 3 hours to get a room. There's no organization here and the guests are just as rude as the hotel staff. Just because this in a 2nd or 3rd world country doesn't mean you can't have manners. I would never recommend this place to anybody. There's nothing here but pools and 1 buffet for all inclusive, the food isn't even mediocre. They lie, there's no beach access. You can only climb down the ladder into the ocean at about 25feet deep with waves crashing into the rocks. Save your money and go somewhere else, the worst all inclusive I've ever seen. Left used soap in the shower, dirty cups, no wash towels, just a horrible experience. This place might have been 4 stars a few years ago now it's barely 1. The "spa" is one bed out by the pools under a pavilion don't expect to relax. Can't wait to check out!

This is NOT a resort! Don't believe the lies! It's a gross complex that's over packed with no amenities or clean quiet space. We rented a room in the apartment section of this resort on booking. Thankfully we only paid a hundred dollars for three nights for two people and the people who rented to us were nice. That's the only thing nice about this place. It is crawling with really loud gross clientele, they're yelling at each other constantly. Half the women have thong shorts on. When the pools open it's PACKED with kids...looks like a joke. Staff is rude and uneducated. Took the couple in front of us half an hour to check in ?? How? We just came from a part of DR and the people were so friendly and amazing. Never stay here, seriously, it's a nightmare. The apt next to us is BLASTING music and screaming and it's night time. Rudest grossest clientele and staff I've seen in this country.

very dirty hotel. not worth your money. 1) be prepared for the fact that the photos on booking do not correspond to reality. the room is dirty, poorly cleaned. the toilet was dirty, there can be no talk of any disinfection, since it was not even flushed !!! 2) the hotel itself is in disrepair, walking through the territory part of the building may fall on your head! the pool closes at 7 pm, after 7 pm there is nothing to do on the territory. 3) the staff works very badly, the check-in took 2 hours. 4) the hotel positions itself as a 4 * hotel, but in fact it is a maximum of 2 *. there were 4 towels in the room for two people, and according to international standards this hotel should have 4 towels for one person, so we had to have 8 towels. there were no personal hygiene products in the shower, which is unacceptable for a 4 * hotel

I made a reservation a for this resort a month before my trip. I got to the resort the food was good and that was the only thing. The lobby was full of customer complaining there was no water, no AC, rooms were in poor conditions. we waited 4 hours on the lobby waiting for our rooms. I had a group of 11 people and they didn't have enough beds even though I pay for 3 bedroom a total of $1000. after waiting for hours we ask for refund and we left at 6:00pm the hotel. They didnt do anything to accommodate or apologize for having us wait for hours and at the end we have to leave cus they were no room's availablefor our group. Do not reserve this resort if u want to have a great time look somewhere else

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do more research there are better places. Although everything is included they lack in a lot of areas. Was supposed to go there for 2 days but didn’t even make it past 3 hours. I we checked in early (check in time is 3:00pm) and didn’t get our room until about 4:30pm. When going into our assigned room there were already people there, in another room of our group there was a bed missing. While waiting to resolve this we experience a lot of complaints from people about the showers and air conditioning, along with people not feeling well in this location. When trying to get a refund they wanted to charge us for one day when we didn’t even stay in a room for 10 minutes. There is a big lack of organization in this resort and customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. They didn’t even try to keep in mind that it was about to be curfew and we had to travel about 2 hours back and we could’ve been stopped by the cops but they still took a very long time to give us back our money. Very chaotic experience.

1. Esto no es para nada lo que muestran las fotos de la reserva, las habitaciones son sumamente malas, ni siquiera hay agua en el toilet, no tienen champú y de jabones está muy decadente. La ducha es super demacrada para ser más específica en su casa hay mejor baño que en este hotel. 2. La comida es muy mala, pedí una hamburguesa y me la entregaron con un pelo y pelusa. 3. El hotel está recién inaugurado, sus instalaciones son confortables y están en muy buen estado. Elpersonal en sentido general se esfuerza por ser amable, diligente y estar atento a todas las necesidades. Buen y simpático equipo de animación. No tiene playa propia pero tres piscinas de agua salada sobre el arrecife contiguo al mar recrean la idea, desde ellas se puede disfrutar de unas puestas de sol preciosas. Posee dos bares y un snack con servicio regular de tragos nacionales de mediana calidad, loable las atenciones y el esfuerzo de Ámbar en uno de ellos. El restaurante buffet bien surtido, con muy amable recepción, pero no encontrará platos para los gustos más exigentes. El único Restaurant "ala carta" dentro de la opción todo incluido dejó mucho que desear, poca variedad, poca cantidad, platos mal elaborados (al menos esa fue la experiencia del 4/7/21). Excelentes los protocolos de higiene ante el COVID.

Un hotel con una buena estructura, buen servicio, habitaciones sencilla, camas cómodas ( aunque en la nevera ejecutiva solo coloquen solo una botella de agua solamente ), las bebidas del todo incluído muy deficiente, si deseas tomar alguna bebida premium debes pagarla en el momento en efectivo y si no ir al lobby a pagar ya que en el bar no hay para pasar tarjeta ( muy incómodo para un cliente ), buenas piscinas de agua de mar con buena vista , no posee playa el hotel aunque te dan traslado a una playa cerca muy bonita ( no tienes ningún servicio del hotel en esta playa ) ,posee buen buffet tanto para desayuno, almuerzo y cena ( pequeño pero buena comida ) para pasar días en RD y buscar economía puede ser tu opción si es lo que buscas

Relación costo beneficio, no es un hotel que tenga playa, tiene albercas en la parte de la costa y está misma agua es del mar, los atardeceres son hermosos, habitaciones con lo indispensable, te puede tocar vista a la playa o vista hacia la calle depende lo que puedas comprar, en la noche se pone un restaurante en la parte que está cerca de las piscinas y está muy romántico el lugar, buena atención y todos muy alegres !
