They really need to dial up their service levels in terms of response time. Being a 5 star hotel, I’d you have staff who can’t even take guests calls, you have a big problem.”

“Had the most memorable 7 day experience at this place. The service was excellent. The rooms are really modern and cosy. It even has a temperature controlled indoor swimming pool in the basement and a very well equipped gymnasium. The breakfast was delicious and very diverse and the chefs were super sweet. 10/10 ♥️”
