“Very nice location which is close to a lot of malls and nice restaurants. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very professional, nice, polite and hospitable. My wife and I had our wedding in Sheraton Grand Istanbul. We love it. We would especially like to thank Kadir, Kemal, Safak, Salim, Ozgin, the valet staff as well as the house keepers. They are all excellent. We will definitely go back. Thank you guys!”

“huge room with very comfortable bed. very clean. My only complain would only be the shower. It took a while for the water to get hot, I always need to run the water for a little while, which is quite a waste of water.”
