“Una estupenda experiencia, fuimos recibidos al final de la tarde por Nathan, persona muy atenta y amable quien efectuó el Check In, rápidamente nos dio indicaciones acerca de las instalaciones, los parques más visitados, los mejores outlets y los desayunos, donde fuimos atendidos por María y Gregorina, quienes brindaron un excelente servicio a la hora del desayuno (sabroso y accesible), el hotel está bien ubicado, con buen parqueo muy cercano a los premium Outlets y Gift Cernter, también a Disney y Universal.”

“Péssima. A pior de todas. Banheiro entupido... me colocaram no quarto de fundos no segundo andar de frente para 3 lixos grandes. As paredes do quarto cheio de mofo e minha esposa é alérgica. Pedi para trocar de quarto e fui mal tratado pela recepcionista e pelo gerente do hotel. Simplesmente falaram que não tinha quarto disponível e que eu deixaria minhas bagagens na recepção até que ver esse outro quarto mesmo se demorasse 2 dias. Um absurdo. Falta de respeito com o cliente... foi o que eu disse. E eles simplesmente falaram que lamentam. Mais nada. Nunca mais. Não indico a ninguém.”
