“We contacted the hotel to advise them that 2 people in outlet party had just tested positive for covid and we were also undergoing testing. We spoke to the manager who refused to cancel or adjust our dates. I explained that my only concern was for their employees and other guests. His only response was for us to wear masks. Clearly this place is not at all concerned for the safety of their guests and guests. After several stays at this property I will no longer be staying with them and would advise anyone considering a stay to please reconsider. I chose to not check in and lose my 6 day reservation with no refund because it’s the right thing to do. Please beware of this hotel !!!!!!”

“This hotel needs some serious updating. The only thing that I can say positive about it was the air conditioning. Very cold. The pool was nice but couldn’t be used because it was outdoors and heater was broken. Pretty good location but old hotel. Housekeeping does not clean room on a daily basis so we had to beg for towels. Had to take out own garbage and never got extra garbage bags. So many more places to stay in same area. We won’t be staying there again.”
