Sempre ficamos neste hotel quando estamos na cidade. Já foram pelo menos 5 vezes. Pessoas limpas, arrumadas e amigáveis no balcão ... eles dão um ar de bondade, tenho alergias alimentares, então não pude aproveitar o café da manhã (embalei o meu), mas os meninos e as crianças ficaram muito felizes com suas opções .Vamos vê-los novamente na próxima viagem com certeza.

We ALWAYS stay at this hotel when in town. It's been at least 5 times. Clean, neat, friendly people at the counter...they give off an air of kindness, I have food allergies so I could not take advantage of the breakfast (I packed my own) but the boys and kids were very happy with their options. We'll see them again next trip up for sure.

Excepcional!!!! Eu moro na área e tive que ficar aqui com meu filho de 18 meses devido a uma emergência de manutenção em nossa casa. Depois de ficar uma noite em um estabelecimento diferente do outro lado da Branch Avenue, este lugar parecia o paraíso! Mas de qualquer forma, super agradável e inesperado para esta área. Coisas muito amigáveis, acomodações incríveis e surpreendentemente amigável ao orçamento. Altamente recomendado.

Outstanding!!!! I live in the area and had to stay here with my 18-month old due to a maintenance emergency at our place. After staying a night at a different establishment on the other side of Branch Avenue this place felt like heaven! But either way, super nice and unexpected for this area. Very friendly stuff, awesome accommodations and surprisingly budget friendly. Highly recommend.

Minha estadia aqui, embora tenha sido um pouco cara, foi muito agradável. Qualquer equipe com quem lidei foi amigável, prestativa, gentil e profissional. O quarto era limpo, assim como as outras partes do hotel, digo. A proximidade do hotel com a I-95 tornou fácil chegar a qualquer lugar que eu precisasse ir enquanto estava lá.

My stay here, although was a little pricey, was very nice. Any staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful, kind and professional. The room was clean, as was the other parts of the hotel I say. The hotel's proximity to I-95 made it easy to get anywhere I needed to go while there.

Este hotel me deu o básico do que eu precisava. A equipe foi amigável, hotel foi adequado. Eu gostava de ter uma cozinha completa e um café da manhã quente. Localização é um pouco de sobremesa de comida, mas eu fiz funcionar. eu voltaria.

Eu pretendo ficar aqui novamente quando próximo na área. Esta estadia no hotel foi ótima por vários motivos. Os atendentes da recepção foram educados, o quarto era muito limpo e o café da manhã era exatamente o que eu precisava para me levar de manhã com boas opções de proteínas. Enquanto o hotel está um pouco desgastado, é bem conservado e limpo. A minha única reclamação com a instalação é que todas as portas de entrada não são utilizáveis do lado de fora, exceto para a entrada do lobby. Este hotel tem muito a oferecer e apenas "questões" menores que não iriam superar isso do topo da minha lista de lugares para ficar na área.

I plan on staying here again when next in the area. This hotel stay was great for a number of reasons. The desk attendants were polite, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was exactly what I needed to get me going on the morning with good protein options. While the hotel is somewhat worn, it is well maintained and clean. My only complaint with the facility is that all entry doors are not useable from the outside except for the lobby entrance. This hotel has a lot going for it and only minor "issues" that would not bump this from the top of my list of places to stay in the area.

This hotel gave me the basics of what I needed. Staff was friendly, hotel was adequate. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and a hot breakfast. Location is a bit of a food dessert but I made it work. I would return.

O preço do quarto é o que nos levou a ficar aqui, o quarto era OK. No entanto, eles cobraram um depósito adicional de US$ 100 que eles mencionaram NÃO ONDE no site e o recepcionista alegou que iria embora assim que eles checassem nosso quarto no check-out. Já se passaram 3 dias e a cobrança AINDA está na conta dos meus amigos. Se tivéssemos um extra de 100 dólares para gastar, não teríamos procurado um hotel mais barato. Nem todo mundo pode esperar dias e dias para receber esse dinheiro de volta nos dias de hoje. Especialmente quando o nosso quarto foi deixado em perfeitas condições. Duvidoso vamos ficar novamente. Mesmo os hotéis muito bons no porto não cobram 100 de depósito. 🙄

The price of the room is what got us to stay here, room was OK. However they charged an additional $100 deposit that they mentioned NO WHERE on the website and the desk clerk claimed it would go away once they checked our room upon check out. It's been 3 days and the charge is STILL on my friends account. If we had an extra 100 bucks to throw around we wouldn't have looked for a cheaper hotel. Not everyone can just wait days and days to get that money back these days. Especially when our room was left in perfect condition. Doubtful we will stay again. Even the VERY nice hotels in the harbor don't charge 100 deposit. 🙄
