“Desk staff was rude when they were having trouble trying to run my credit card. They kept showing it was invalid but never had an error code come up in the system. After talking with my cc company...there was no issue i asked to see the manager. The manager would not come out and talk with me. I would have changed hotels immediately but due to our company policy I could not. I had to call Marriott corporate reservations and explan my situation. That was my own decision to call corporaye...but the local office offered no other suggestions or ways to help resolve the matter. Corporate accepted my card and had no troubles running it. She said she would notify the local staff that all was fine. That was done. Out of fairness...it was on cyber Monday. But as far as local staff there was no apology. 24 hour coffee never existed either. I really am appalled by the care less attitude but the West Palm staff. I am both a marriott and hilton honors customer. I can tell you I have never been treated that way in any of the Hilton properties. I was floored by Marriott...this time. I am in a service industry nationwide. Our company is removing this particular hotel out of our choice s based upon the careless attitude regarding service and hospitality.”

“The mattress was horrible. We asked to move to another room bc the minute we looked at the bed you can see the sink in the mattress NO SAFE the young lady said to put our valuables under the mattress but if I am not mistaken is that not the first place the thief would look. We had to take everything with us. We stayed there bc we were on the way to a cruise and we had such a great time at the Spring Hill in Pensacola last month where we spent a week. So we decided to book with the same brand thinking it was gonna be just as good The staff here were not friendly. They did not say hello unless you said it first, the only time they talk to us was to ask if we are checking out bc we had some bags with us. The pool was not anything to write home about either just a basic pool. We would go and have to leave after a few minutes bc others would come smoke there and run us off. The water pressure was very low. Took forever to wash soap off the body”
