We requested the room cleaning service, as per their policy (same day request, by 8:30am). We only requested once in the 3-day stay. The front desk confirmed to add us to the schedule. But the room is not cleaned at all. When we approached the front desk later, the staff agreed it was a mistake and mentioned there is nothing she can do except offering us some trash bags for us to clean the room on our own! Throughout the short conversation, she was disinterested about the issue and quickly became impatient and rude. We used to have very positive experience of Marriott hotels, but had poor experience this holiday season: The rooms are not cleaned upon requests in this particular hotel and another owned by Marriott. It was such a disappointment. Just share my story, which may resonate with others.

Desk staff was rude when they were having trouble trying to run my credit card. They kept showing it was invalid but never had an error code come up in the system. After talking with my cc company...there was no issue i asked to see the manager. The manager would not come out and talk with me. I would have changed hotels immediately but due to our company policy I could not. I had to call Marriott corporate reservations and explan my situation. That was my own decision to call corporaye...but the local office offered no other suggestions or ways to help resolve the matter. Corporate accepted my card and had no troubles running it. She said she would notify the local staff that all was fine. That was done. Out of fairness...it was on cyber Monday. But as far as local staff there was no apology. 24 hour coffee never existed either. I really am appalled by the care less attitude but the West Palm staff. I am both a marriott and hilton honors customer. I can tell you I have never been treated that way in any of the Hilton properties. I was floored by Marriott...this time. I am in a service industry nationwide. Our company is removing this particular hotel out of our choice s based upon the careless attitude regarding service and hospitality.

The mattress was horrible. We asked to move to another room bc the minute we looked at the bed you can see the sink in the mattress NO SAFE the young lady said to put our valuables under the mattress but if I am not mistaken is that not the first place the thief would look. We had to take everything with us. We stayed there bc we were on the way to a cruise and we had such a great time at the Spring Hill in Pensacola last month where we spent a week. So we decided to book with the same brand thinking it was gonna be just as good The staff here were not friendly. They did not say hello unless you said it first, the only time they talk to us was to ask if we are checking out bc we had some bags with us. The pool was not anything to write home about either just a basic pool. We would go and have to leave after a few minutes bc others would come smoke there and run us off. The water pressure was very low. Took forever to wash soap off the body

Checked in around 4 am after searching in town without luck on other hotels that were booked. Paid $270.00. The room was big, spacious, without an odor, ac worked well. The shower tub was high to step in, and very slippery with soap. The beds needs to be replaced definitely, very worn mattress. Felt like we we're sleeping on a air mattress with a pillow topper. The free breakfast was the best part of our short expensive stay. Upon check out I was asked about how our stay was, I was honest. The check-out girl said she would report this to the manager to receive a refund for stay, haven't gotten a call in 48 hours.

I stayed 3 nights September 16-19, 2022 due to being a Marriott property with the best rate. The location was good right off I-95 and there was a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Room was well appointed, great a/c, WiFi and Smart TV. Breakfast was also great. Downside was NO HOT WATER in shower - room 214 for 3 days Complained and nice gentleman from maintenance came right up with an easy fix to first run mini-kitchen sink hot setting first, then bathroom sink hot setting - run them both 5 minutes then turn on shower until you get hot water. It did work for him. Great I can deal with that, but guess what it didn't work for me. Desk chair is horrible not made for adults. Anyway never received a "how was your stay" email from Marriott which is very strange.
