“Eu desci de um vôo no meio do caminho e depois de uma longa e cara viagem de uber cheguei ao hotel e descobri que ele não estava operando. Havia uma fechadura na porta e mesmo uma espiada lá dentro mostra que ninguém esteve lá por algum tempo. O chão está cheio de lixo e havia um cadeado grande amarrado ao redor da porta. O hotel fez a nossa reserva há 3 meses. Nunca recebi um telefonema, na verdade recebi um e-mail de onde fiz a reserva confirmando a viagem (e-mail de lembrete de viagem). Vários sites de terceiros, bem como os deles, ainda aceitavam reservas. Quem está escrevendo comentários RECENTES de 5 estrelas para este lugar?!? Shady. I. Parado lá no meu aniversário com uma mala e nenhum hotel para ficar porque está fechado e trancado !! Felizmente, um hotel na mesma rua (embora mais dinheiro) ainda tinha quartos abertos.”

Over heard Three coupes discussing His immature, Juvenile behavior. 4. Constantly Ran out of Food at The Breakfast bar, at 7:30 am. Two hours short of the cut off at 9:30. Ie No Oatmeal, No eggs, No Omelets, and Pancake machine breaks down faster than a Yogo automobile. 5. Weirdly sized, JUNIOR sized Toilets. Totally Strange! Lack of ADA Toilets, as well. 6. The Hotel or IHG changes the Pricing at this Hotel even while checking in with a Reservation. SKETCHY!Now onto CLOSETED sized room the room. A. Mold around Tub...see pic B. The absolutely MOST Disgusting Bath Tub/Shower Bottom ever seen in a Hotel. See pic C. Remote to Tv had dead battery! D. Heater in room seem to be operating in an ON.. OFF.. On.. Off.. On, mood the entire stay. E. Filters to Heater Intake have Not been cleaned in a VERY Ling time. DISGUSTING, is an UNDERSTATEMENT ❗️ F. Door does NOT close. You must SLAM it Shut upon Entry and Exit. SAFETY ISSUE‼️ G.Door Lick is leaking some type of GUNK. See picture H. NO ROOM for ANY HBA items in the Bathroom. Hello Hotel, put a Vanity in your bathroom and add shelving to the walls! Dah! I. Bathroom light was burnt out when We arrived J. Filthy RefrigeratorFIRE THE GM and Put in place a Manager who requires accountability and Work ethic!Ok nowthe Good... • Housekeeping Employees are Friendky and attentive. Very! Excellent. • Bell Hops Edwin and Kahleill (sp) are Exceptional! Friendly, attentive and Just overall Genuine folks!Bottom Line. The Bad, UnHealthy, immature, disgusting mold, etcetera ...
