“Nós se hospedaram no Andaz por 3 noites no final de duas semanas de férias. Embora a propriedade fosse realmente limpa, com vistas deslumbrantes e piscinas infinitas deslumbrantes, o serviço da equipe de serviços ao hóspede era horrível. Eles foram muito rudes e realmente fizeram parecer que não tinham nenhum interesse em ajudar - não que não pudessem. Meu parceiro e eu já ficamos em muitos hotéis 5 estrelas e nunca fui cobrado 14 dólares por uma pequena garrafa de leite para tomar um café no quarto.
