“Para o dinheiro que eles cobram, teríamos sido melhor ficar no Four Seasons. O pessoal era um pouco experiente, os quartos eram medíocres, não tinham cadeiras de praia suficientes para oferecer aos hóspedes; o menu de comida é tão limitado e básico. A comida da piscina, o serviço de quarto e a comida de bar são exatamente iguais. Sem variação. É basicamente um Hyatt glorificado. Oh, e o buffet de café-da-manhã era apenas pobre. Tentamos algumas vezes que o concierge fizesse reservas em restaurantes da propriedade e fomos informados de que, infelizmente, todos os restaurantes estavam totalmente comprometidos até outubro. Sim, outubro. Demorou que ligássemos para o concierge do four seasons para conseguir reservas para o jantar em sua propriedade em todas as 3 noites de nossa estadia no Andaz. Sim, está correto, o hotel vizinho foi mais útil do que onde estávamos e pagando $ 2.000 por noite. Eu ouvi muitas das mesmas reclamações. Eu nunca ficaria lá novamente.”
