“Really good hotel in a great location in Mexico City. About 20 min drive from the airport, in no traffic. It’s really fancy as you walk in. The staff is really well trained, friendly and courteous. They all spoke excellent English as well.The gym is nice. The pool is smaller and next to it. The only issue with both is that it’s covered with clear tarp. So this makes it really hot and stuffy during the day. Plus with Mexico City being at 7000’, you can get tired real fast in the gym.If you somehow have access to the Premium Lounge, that is also really nice. Just walk in and have the complimentary snacks and beverages. The view is really nice!The rooms are nice but could have more powerful air conditioning. It just takes a little while to adjust temperatures but it’s OK once you get to it. The pillows are awesome, cause they’re not HUGE like a lot of other hotels. My room had 2 queen beds and once was soft and one was firm, so it was nice to choose one to my preference.There’s quite a few good options for restaurants on the hotel. Along with that, there’s lots of options around as well.”
