“This hotel has potential to be great, and being a Hilton our expectations were much higher. The hotel feels very tired overall. Almost every outdoor cushion was ripped torn stained etc. Pool towels were missing and finally showed up after several times requesting and there was a shortage of pool chairs as well. Our suites' carpet was extremely worn and dirty (even had burn holes in the carpet), the sofa was smelly and worn far beyond what it should be.
The kitchen coffee was not stocked properly and we had to request additional supplies, which took multiple hours to be provided (which was fine because we were at lunch and the pool, but still...) Electrical outlets didn't function properly.
The shower door didn't close properly. There was a whopping one washcloth provided, two hand towels, three bath towels and no kitchen towels.
On the positive side the location was great. The staff were friendly (guessing housekeeping is understaffed which would explain the slow response to coffee and pool towels). The kitchen has a good size microwave, full size dishwasher, the refrigerator worked great. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had nice updates. The food at The Vue was good.
Overall, Hilton should be ashamed to associate their name with this property or they should show their guests they care and invest the money to refresh this property.”

“Returning after 3 years since my last time in 2019 and It's a shame to see the hotel is going downhill. It's clear they stopped working on basic maintenance and fix. Room, cabinets and furniture in terrible shape. Everything else in the facility is in very poor condition. Cleaning in the room and common areas practically doesn't exist. Staff acts indifferently, no one was rude, but definitely not friendly, except for 1 very nice guy at front desk, whose name I believe it's Joshua. I was given a terrible room and after had complaining twice, I was moved to a "better" room with a view. New "better" room had lamps with no bulbs, phone that didn't work, leaking fridge and falling cabinet doors. Location is great and that's it. Not worth it at all, very expensive for what you get. I'm sure there are better options, at better prices that even offer free breakfast and that deliver what you really paid for.”
