“This hotel has potential to be great, and being a Hilton our expectations were much higher. The hotel feels very tired overall. Almost every outdoor cushion was ripped torn stained etc. Pool towels were missing and finally showed up after several times requesting and there was a shortage of pool chairs as well. Our suites' carpet was extremely worn and dirty (even had burn holes in the carpet), the sofa was smelly and worn far beyond what it should be.
The kitchen coffee was not stocked properly and we had to request additional supplies, which took multiple hours to be provided (which was fine because we were at lunch and the pool, but still...) Electrical outlets didn't function properly.
The shower door didn't close properly. There was a whopping one washcloth provided, two hand towels, three bath towels and no kitchen towels.
On the positive side the location was great. The staff were friendly (guessing housekeeping is understaffed which would explain the slow response to coffee and pool towels). The kitchen has a good size microwave, full size dishwasher, the refrigerator worked great. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had nice updates. The food at The Vue was good.
Overall, Hilton should be ashamed to associate their name with this property or they should show their guests they care and invest the money to refresh this property.”

“The outside of the hotel is very run down. Very minimal outside lighting, but many broken lights. After checking in, we notified the front desk about mold on the bedroom wall, a hole in the shower near the faucet, no sheets or blanket for sofa bed, a broken lamp in living area, only one chair on the huge balcony and that the water leaked under the shower door. The mold was wiped off the wall and sheets/blanket delivered. They also put a plastic strip on the shower door, but it did not rectify the problem. We stayed four nights and never received a chair for balcony or new lamp. The shower drain also seemed clogged. The lobby of the hotel was always freezing cold. We were very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel. This is one of the hotels that Wyndham uses for their accommodations for timeshare tours. Not a good idea!”
