“Great stay on the Gold Floor. 5/5 on service and snacks in the lounge. Ian, Monica, Ai and Dale were great. The 1 and 2 bedroom suites we had were well appointed and the restaurants on the property were outstanding. However, our stay was made most memorable by Hailey working the Blackcomb Gondola lift line who is employed by your rental and ski valet shop. My daughter lost her toe clip on her board somewhere in the large lineup. Hailey went up and down the line and found the missing clip and we were able to continue on with our day. Note also that she offered to run to the shop if we couldn’t find it. Given we’d waited nearly 2 hours in line and we were near the front, she arranged to have us wait to the side at the gate if need be. My daughter is 13 and of course was upset at the prospect of missing some runs in the early morning. Hailey saved the day. Please ensure she is recognized for her outstanding service.”

“Just stayed on the newly renovated gold floor in Whistler. The rooms, which showcase modern cabin like decor, are beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. We were there for our anniversary and when we checked into the room, we were greeted by sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and house made chocolate bars. The Gold lounge is awesome - ample seating, amazing views, board games for the kids, comfortable couches, and delicious food, hot and cold beverages, and treats available throughout the day. You can tell they have put in a lot of thought to make the space comfortable while still maintaining social distancing and keeping all the food to individual portions during COVID. Every one of the staff greeted us by name, made sure we had everything we needed, and the manager Christine made sure that we had an amazing stay, even going above and beyond to make sure that our children had food that they enjoyed. Staff that especially took care of us include Roman, Dale and Carla.”
