“Una experienza no muy agradable..#1. El lugar es sucio.. Picinas con basura adrentro.... Viaje con mi hermana y su esposo con el bebe de 11 meses ,tipo 6.pm el aire acondicionado se apago pues los filtros estaban super sucios esa fue la razon por la que no funciono mas .... Cuando llegue al lobby para notificar lo sucedido alchico le parecio eso muy normal.... Cambiaron a mi familia de habitacion.... El siguente dia cuando fui a recojer mis cosas personales a la caja fuerte no habrio pues nunca le cambiaron la bateria y estaba desconfigurada .... Razon por la que por 2 dia consecutivo tenia que ir a buscar ayuda para poder sacar mi efectivo y pasaporte quitandome casi 45 minutes de tiempo y poniendome tarde para disfrutar una Cena de vacaciones con mi familia ..Y LO PEOR... El mismo chico me atendio y con una sonrrisa en su cara le parecio que era normal.... Muy pobre la reaccion ... Comida demaciado mediocre siempre lo mismo.... La playa del hotel super diminuta... meseros y bartender muy atentosBartenderGustavo muy servicial y sus colegas ...Fue lo unico ... Pero para que nadie pase lo que mi familia y yo pasamos no se lo recomiendo a NADIE este hotel .... Y la fotopara que puedan appreciar hasta lo que se puede aprecia ahi cucarachas en el piso...”

“Estou hospedada ainda. Ficarei 6 dias. Hotel maravilhoso.Comida farta e variada. Café da manhã top. Sushi bar, lanches no bar da piscina. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Chopp bom,drinks feitos na hora,colocam pouco álcool e fica meio enjoativo.Nota 5 pois gostei de tudo. Piscinas excelentes.Tudo perfeito.Parabéns.”
