“After dropping the team off and cleaning my bus my key 🗝 for the room did not work. The gentleman at the front desk assisted my with great pleasures and was able to get me another room. I thanked him dearly, he was so nice and very professional and was such a wonderful person. I recommend anyone to this hotel, was a wonderful experience for me staying in Charlotte, NC for the first time😀👍👍👍👍”

“This stay was very nice. The pool was being maintenanced or something while we were here so that was a bummer but the breakfast was incredible. I love how close it is to everything, there are many stores nearby to pickup whatever you need as well as many restaurants to choose from. The water pressure has outdone most hotels I've been to. It was nice. The staff was super helpful and friendly.”
