“After dropping the team off and cleaning my bus my key 🗝 for the room did not work. The gentleman at the front desk assisted my with great pleasures and was able to get me another room. I thanked him dearly, he was so nice and very professional and was such a wonderful person. I recommend anyone to this hotel, was a wonderful experience for me staying in Charlotte, NC for the first time😀👍👍👍👍”

“The area is nice. The Hotel is nice. The rooms are nice. The one star rate is because you do not get what you pay for because there is not enough staff to handle the amount of people that the hotel handles. If you get breakfast, you have to ask for turkey products, it's not out ..But there is no sign that says ask for your turkey products. They take your money at a higher rate but give you less.”
