Ótima localização! Quartos limpos e confortáveis. O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento é excelente. Os cofres estão na recepção e a lavanderia é externa. Recomendo!

Hotel com excelente localização. Quarto família enorme, muito bem limpo e organizado todos os dias. Café da manhã excelente e o restaurante serve almoço no estilo self service. Tem vários restaurantes perto, farmácia e lojas. Tudo acessível à pé. Com certeza voltarei!

O hotel possui um grande ponto fraco, o café da manhã. O espaço é limitado. Várias pessoas ficaram em pé. Além disso era um café da manhã muito ruim. O ovo mexido era congelado e estava gelado. O ovo cozido também estava gelado. A reposição dos alimentos era insuficiente. No sábado e no domingo não tinha iogurte. Só tinha o básico, como bagels e suco industrial.

Esta bien ubicado pero es zona financiera no turística. No hacen el aseo por el covid. El desayuno no es de lo mejor hubo días en que no repusieron ni pan ni fruta y fue realmente pobre. Está bien por el precio.

Wonderful location! I was hesitant to book because I have never stayed at LaQuinta Inn before, however as soon as we arrived I felt at ease and happy about my choice. Stayed here for a one night getaway with my mom. They were able to check us in a little bit early on a Sunday which was very nice. Perfect walking distance from Union station (about 7-10 minutes from the Adams street entrance) and not to far from Navy pier.(About 35-45 min walk. We took the route next the river and enjoyed the sights) We stayed in a double bed room and it was clean and provided the necessities for us. Shower was great, not the strongest water pressure in the world but temp was great. Microwave and Minifridge were clean and convenient. Left too early for breakfast but will come again to find out. This hotel is not fancy fancy but you really can’t beat the price for the area. All the staff was friendly. Ben checked us out and was very nice! Stay here if you want a dependable location with plenty of things you can walk to.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you won't be let down. Best place we’ve stayed in for certain.. If I could rate it more than five stars I would. Incredible staff, home away from home. Everything was clean and check in process was fast! We did not have breakfast there, so I can't speak for that part. My only complaint would be the pillows.... They were so flat and felt like they were stuffed with leaves or something. Just bring your own!

Location is good. Room is clean. Most of the staff members are very nice. However there is a bald guy with glasses at the front desk, his name is Ben. He doesn’t have a decent heart. He needs more training about how to be professional and courteous. Hope he will change.

Sorry I didn't take pictures but this place is beautiful I loved it employees were cheerful. Housekeeping awesome, rooms were nice,neat and clean. I tell everyone loves there jobs. Great breakfast choices. Hope there getting paid well. One thing was a little uncomfortable for my sister and I. We're 5'8 with health issues the bathroom could use a handle next to toilet to assist with getting up, toilets not even knee high LOL. We still enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Thank you

Pros: It’s downtown and conveniently close to everything. Good place to literally just sleep. Has a Keurig! Cons: You get what you pay for $80/night. Room was dirty. Couch & sheets were either really dirty or really stained! Does not have a blow dryer. Refrigerator did not work.

Clean, comfy bed and great staff. Check-in went great but when I got to the room it was next to the elevator, I had a feeling this would be an issue for a light sleeper like me. As I tried to fall asleep I heard a sound like someone hitting the heat ducting in my house everytime the elevator moved. I called the front desk asking if I could be moved and within five minutes the person at the front desk was at my door with a new key. After I unpacked again I remembered my polo shirt was in the old room, I called the front desk asking how I could get back in the old room and again, within five minutes the security guard was at the door with a key to the old room so I could retrieve my shirt. I have never asked to changes rooms and have heard horror stories of when people ask at any hotel. This went the best it could have, great service. Unfortunately I do not remember the names of who helped.

An easy walk from Union Station to the hotel.Very clean hotel friendly and helpful front desk staff.My wife and I stayed here for two nights while attending two different stage performances and also took in some other holiday activities that were going on in the area.The breakfast during these COVID times was still more than we planned for, for a grab and go breakfast.The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained.We would stay here again.

Este hotel es súper cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, bastante cerca de lugares turísticos y atracciones. Muy buenos los protocolos para la prevención del covid 19, excelente!

Ese lugar tiene chinches. Bedbugs. Esta caro y no tiene estacionamiento propio debes pagarlo aparte de tu estadía El.desayuno muy pobre. Mala experiencia. No lo.recomiendo.

Estos tiempos de pandemia,han cambiado todo y nos ha afectado a todos de una forma u otra.La hoteleria lo ha sido.No hay servicio de limpieza,hay otros procedimientos,salvo excepciones,no dan desayuno,etc. Nosotros compramos y pagamos estadia con desayuno,pero no lo brindaban.A cambio de ese faltante,nos dieron una mejor habitación.Un gesto EXCELENTE,en estos tiempos de carencia de servicios.El hotel está muy bien ubicado.Cerca de lugares que hay que ver y la conectividad es muy buena tanto en bus como en metro.Hay que tener en cuenta que está en el distrito de oficinas y máximo a las 5pm cierran todo.Pero cruzando el rio,muy cerca,hay cantidad de lugares para cenar o tomar algo.El personal es amable y atento.

No tienen servicio de aseo ni de desayuno, nunca nos dijeron eso al momento de la reserva. Las habitaciones no se les hace aseo. Camas cómodas, espacios adecuados pero importante hoy en día el tema del aseo.

Agradable hotel. Muy céntrico y con estacionamiento. El desayuno es habitual para la cadena: waffles, fruta, pan, frijoles y huevo cocido, carne tipo hamburguesa y cereal. Las habitaciones son cómodas y funcionales. No hay buenas vistas. La limpieza es muy adecuada. El precio es proporcionala lo que se obtiene. Volvería a hospedarme sin problemas.
