“There was 7 of us 2 rooms. The rooms are not clean and very out dated. When we arrived there was blood on the pillows and snot in the covers. They only gave us 1 towel to wash up with, we had to ask several times to get more towels.when they “clean” the rooms the doors are open so sometimes there were lizards in our room. We were assigned a butler she was amazing. Dinner reservations are hard to get but she made sure we had reservations each night. The food is really good the hospitality of the staff at the hotel is good. The entertainment is good. Overall everything was good except the rooms. I loved eating, drinking and hanging by the pool but I dreaded going to sleep. We stayed for 5 days then stayed 2 days at their other resort which was amazing I didn’t want to leave that one.”

“Had a fantastic time! Can’t wait to come back! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and very polite. Met lots of great people! One of the gentleman at the sports bar named Angelo was very kind and helpful whenever we had a question and he was a very funny person! He also is a positive person always happy!”
