“There was 7 of us 2 rooms. The rooms are not clean and very out dated. When we arrived there was blood on the pillows and snot in the covers. They only gave us 1 towel to wash up with, we had to ask several times to get more towels.when they “clean” the rooms the doors are open so sometimes there were lizards in our room. We were assigned a butler she was amazing. Dinner reservations are hard to get but she made sure we had reservations each night. The food is really good the hospitality of the staff at the hotel is good. The entertainment is good. Overall everything was good except the rooms. I loved eating, drinking and hanging by the pool but I dreaded going to sleep. We stayed for 5 days then stayed 2 days at their other resort which was amazing I didn’t want to leave that one.”

“Resort is great, beach is beautiful as is the hotel grounds. Restaurants offer a huge selection. You are able to freely use the neighbouring hotels also.Animation team work tirelessly all day and night. Something for everyone to join in with weather it be adults or kids they are great fun.
Our only negative would be the rooms, they are all very standard and not 5* resort rooms, you can only upgrade if you don’t have children, so maybe looking at better upgrade options for all.”
