Super friendly and helpful staff, awesome location. The restaurant at the hot also has really good food. Only comment is that the third bed (booked the room for three) is a pullout couch that's really uncomfortable - hope the hotel improves that. Otherwis, thanks for having us!

We are currently staying here until tomorrow morning. This hotel has absolutely everything, the breakfast buffet has more options than you could ever believe, the cappuccino I had this morning was honestly the best I’ve had all trip. The rooms are amazing beds are extremely comfortable and honestly probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Also there’s a shuttle to drop you off in town which makes everything easier. Will definitely be back. This hotel Deserves more than 5 stars!

When travelling to the Amalfi Coast it's hard to imagine anything more beautiful than the view. There is.... this hotel. The most amazing staff that truly care about your experience. The grounds are absolutely incredible. We spent 8 days and still didn't see it all. The restaurants dinner is romantic and in truth the best dinners we had on the coast. I. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It's 5 ++++ stars. Thank you to all of you that made our stay so special

Amazing. Angelo, his team & chefs provided an incredible experience in the restaurant. Impeccable service with locally sourced food that is prepared to level you will not find anywhere else in Amalfi. Chef extras, absolutely beautiful place with the best view in town. Yes, slightly more expensive than town, but takes you to a different level & so worth it. Next time we stay there. Thanks Angelo.

Perfeito. As vistas disponíveis do quarto e do banheiro são de tirar o fôlego. O quarto é bom, com muitos recursos. A equipe extremamente atenciosa. A cidade está a menos de 2 minutos a pé, mas por estar em uma rua um pouco apertada, oferece serviço de Shuttle.

The hotel was absolutely stunning with fabulous views over the bay from the restaurant and the rooftop pool area. Literally 5 minutes walk from the town so handy for other restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were lovely and made us so welcome. Everything was perfect we would love to visit again soon.

We recently enjoyed seven nights here, our first time to the Amalfi Coast. It was a special occasion as I had organised it for my wife's 60th birthday so I had high expectations, but we certainly weren’t disappointed. The location with the spectacular views over the bay was superb. You can spend hours on the balcony (with a cocktail in hand) just watching all the activity on shore and on the water.We had opted for one of the more expensive rooms with its own Jacuzzi and a large private balcony area which was great although set back slightly so a row of rooms in front of us (but lower) had a much more expansive view. The room was by any standards modest in size and perhaps the only disappointment was that the room was very tired and dated. Our perception was effectively confirmed when we were told by one of the management team that the hotel is closing after summer for about five months of complete internal renovation and refurbishment.The other thing that was disappointing was the housekeeping staff whose efforts were cursory to say the least and had to be asked several times to replace outside towels, tea and coffee and a dirty glass with lipstick on it.This contrasted with the front of house staff who were superbly professional and great fun to banter with. Special mention must be made of Ahmed, Marcelo, Angelo, Vincenzo, and Diego. Great guys and a huge asset to the hotel and the business who really added to the enjoyment of our stay.The breakfast buffet options were extensive, and we dined in the evening on the hotel balcony 5 of the 7 nights (couldn’t get enough of the views). The food and wine were excellent.This is top of the line for Amalfi so don’t expect a bargain, but if you are looking for something superb and truly memorable, you will have trouble finding anything better.

Tivemos um tempo incrível no NH Hotel. É um lugar paradisíaco devido às vistas maravilhosas, ao edifício histórico e aos acolhedores quartos brancos. O café da manhã estava delicioso com várias opções. Todos foram muito receptivos e gentis conosco. Um agradecimento especial ao Sr.Ahmad por cuidar bem de nós e fazer o melhor para atender nossas necessidades da melhor maneira possível. Recomendo e com certeza voltarei aqui um dia!

Ficamos aqui como uma família de 4 (adultos) em maio de 2022. O hotel não poderia ter sido melhor, o cenário era perfeito, as vistas onde quer que você esteja no hotel somos espetaculares e a área da piscina limpa com vistas incríveis novamente. Altamente recomendar se você ficar aqui para comer lá uma noite - o jantar foi INCRÍVEL. Todos os funcionários prestativos e amigáveis, não podem culpar nada disso. O único problema que tivemos foi que o ar condicionado do nosso quarto não ligava, mas isso realmente não era grande coisa. 10/10 definitivamente espero voltar novamente e recomendarei a ninguém.

Incredible location with hourly shuttle bus to town which was very reliable. A great mix of history and modern luxury. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Ahmed who welcomed us to the hotel and gave us a tour. I would definitely stay here again

We had an incredible time at the NH Hotel. It is a heavenly place given the wonderful views, the historical building and the cozy white rooms.The breakfast was delicious with various choices. Everyone was so welcoming and kind to us. Special thanks to Mr.Ahmad for taking good care of us and doing his best to fulfill our needs in the best way possible. Highly recommend and will definitely come back here one day !

We stayed here as a family of 4 (adults) in May 2022. The hotel could not have been better, the setting was perfect, views wherever you are in the hotel we’re spectacular and the pool area clean with incredible views again. Highly recommend if you stay here to have food there one night - the dinner was INCREDIBLE. All staff helpful and friendly, can’t fault any of it. The only issue we had was the air con in our room wouldn’t turn on but that really wasn’t a big deal. 10/10 would definitely hope to come back again and will recommend to anyone.

The NH Collection in Amalfi was amazing. The staff is such as incredible as the views. They truly make you feel like family! They will also help you set anything you need on your trip such as boating, shuttles from Naples airport, restaurant recommendations, and anything else!

Propriedade histórica com vista privilegiada para o mar. Serviço aceitável no momento do check-in e no restaurante no local. Sendo um 5 estrelas, é um pouco pretensioso. Na chegada, cansados e com jet lag de nossa jornada até lá, não queríamos fazer uma refeição completa. Pedi ao restaurante opções para levar comida de volta para o quarto. O servidor respondeu em um tom sarcástico: “Não há takeaway, não somos fast food”. Ok, eu entendo isso, mas existem maneiras mais educadas de entregar essa mensagem. Por exemplo, pode-se simplesmente sugerir a disponibilidade de serviço de quarto.A recepção não foi útil ou entusiasmada quando perguntei sobre como estender nossa estadia. Nos ofereceram uma taxa muito maior do que o que estava disponível online. Então, nos mudamos para outro hotel.

Historic property with prime views to the sea. Acceptable service upon check-in and at the on-site restaurant. Being a 5 star, it is slightly pretentious. Upon arrival, tired and jet lagged from our journey there, we didn’t want to have a full sit down meal. I asked the restaurant for options to take food back to the room. The server responded in a snarky tone “There is no takeaway, we are not fast food.” Okay I understand that but there are more polite ways to deliver that message. For example, one could simply suggest the availability of room service.Front desk wasn’t helpful or enthusiastic when I inquired about extending our stay. We were offered a rate far higher than what was available online. So, we moved to another hotel.

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui para sua viagem de aniversário. É um lugar bonito que costumava ser um convento. Os quartos poderiam usar alguma atualização e ser mais limpos. Também não são muito grandes. O serviço foi bom e a piscina é ótima, e a vista é espetacular, pois fica literalmente em um penhasco. Com isso dito, houve alguns hotéis melhores na área.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday trip. It’s a beautiful place that used to be a convent. The rooms could use some updating and be cleaner. They aren’t very large either. Service was good and the pool is great, and the view is spectacular as this is literally on a cliff. With that being said, there have been some better hotels in the area.

El lugar es espectacular con vista al mar y sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles de la costa Amalfitana, el servicio es excelente con habla en varios idiomas, las habitaciones muy buenas, el desayuno es bueno sin embargo el servicio a la habitación y el menú es muy costoso! Un hotel 5 estrellas!

Magnífico hotel. Buen servicio. Estupendas vistas y buena ubicación. Los salones y el comedor no secorresponden con un hotel de cinco estrellas. El baño es oscuro y carece de estantes para colocar las cosas. En resumen, falta confort. La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, sucio debajo de la cama. Saludos.

Nos sentimos estafados. hay que reservar la piscina con antelacion (llegamos el primer dia a las 14.00 hrs, pagamos 1500 euros por la habitacion y, como no habiamos reservado con anterioridad la piscina, no pudimos ir. despues de dar una propina de 5€ en recepcion, consiguieron una tumbona. en un principio, tambien nos indicaron que no habia disponibilidad en el lido ninguno de los dos dias de nuestra estancia pero, despues de la propina de los 50 euros, consiguieron dos tumbonas al precio de 100€ dia en un lido malo y abarrotado al que habia que acudir en lancha. estuvimos dos noches en agosto y fue la peor experiencia despues de haber estado 10 dias recorriendo la costa almafitana e ischia en hoteles de gran lujo
