We had never been to an all inclusive ever before. We didn't know what to expect. We came here because it had a good rating and was within our price range. This place totally blew our expectations away. The minute we walked in we were treated with an incredible level of attention by everyone. There were a lot of options for food, not just the buffet which was great too. If you do go to the buffet and they have grilled salmon you should definitely try it! Our servers would make any drinks that we asked them for. If you are looking for something to do, definitely try the spa. It might seem expensive but it was truly an amazing experience that you will remember. If you are an early bird you can grab some coffee from the bar and watch the sunrise from the top floor of the lobby. I would suggest that you make reservations to the dinner restaurants as soon as you check in as they do get full.

We had a pretty good time here, my only complaint is that the bars close at 01:00 and room service wouldn't deliver wine after that time either. Other than that, everyone is so friendly and accommodating.I recommend checking out the water sports area for free kayaking, paddle boarding, and a catamaran excursion.We ate at flavours for breakfast and Agua Benditas for dinner. Our dinner was great! The breakfast was okay, cafeteria style eggs, baked goods, and fruits.The 24 hour room service was pretty good too.

We had such a great time!! Everything was so nice especially the service. We had such amazing bartenders (esp Santos DC in the Limes Bar). We will definitely come back again!

This resort was truly relaxing and magical for our honeymoon. The room service is decent but was worth being open 24.7. The restaurants however were simply amazing food. The staff and attentive and friendly, we especially loved Adrian and Sergio!!! And Houdini who works at the main round pool. The spa was also immaculate and Mynor was so sweet and helpful there. We just loved our stay for our honeymoon and can’t wait to go back next year.

Absolutely LOVED our honeymoon here. Chill relaxing vibe 24-7 - fantastic food - sparkling clean rooms and amenities & friendly, helpful staff. We got in around noon and were able to quickly checkin to our junior swim out partial beach view suite early - also loved that it was a short drive to/from the airport👌 Easy to grab dinner and book reservations - all the restaurants were super tasty. We kept saying during our 5-day stay how perfect everything was. We didn’t upgrade to the serenity club, but we had an incredible experience and 5 star service regardless. If you are looking to spend time in the ocean, I would not recommend (not the clearest water and kinda smelly) but the pools totally make up for it. Also not the kind of place for people trying to rage, be crazy loud or party non stop. It was just what we were looking for during this trip. 😻 Definitely will suggest to our friends & will come back again!

Great place. Food needs work and more restaurants. Rooms with swim out pool are wonderful. Some issues with room cleaning and taking out food in fridge we paid for. Had to ask for our stuff back. I would say overall nice resort but not really worth the dollars since what we wanted to eat and drink cost extra. Upgrade needed. People so friendly made up for some of the issues. Room service staff amazing entertainment was nice could have more options. Liked adult only experience if thats what u want. Should have allowed smoking outside rooms to accommodate those folks cause it is what it is. Very clean. Bathrooms for public so clean and accommodating. A little pricey for lack of food and entertainment. Need a casino and more games. Recommendations for relaxing get away.

Una muy buena experiencia en general! El servicio para empezar muy bien, todos tratan súper amable. Rafael en mixologia tenía muy buena mano y atención. La comida nada mal, aunque pondría más opciones para la comida, el restaurante de la playa estaba cerrado. La comida en el mediterráneo estuvo deliciosa y la experiencia excelente, podrían dar sugerencias de términos de platillos... La alberca y servicio buenísima. El cuarto 6202 tenía un par de detalles como la puerta y el aire, pero sino estaba muy bien. Muy recomendable.

Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en el hotel. El servicio es excepcional, todos son muy profesionales y amistosos. Al Sr Raul Rangel le estaremos siempre muy agradecidos por su atención, personas como el hacen la diferencia. IgualmenteAntonio, Luis, Jeremías, Burgos de Agua Bendita, las muchachas de todos los restaurantes, Jarly y Marilyn en la piscina. Imposible nombrarlos a todos, gracias por su modesto servicio, estamos altamente satisfechos. Recomiendo el hotel y seguro regresaremos algún día. Las expectativas de relajación y disfrute fueron cumplidas. Graciasss

I did a lot of research before choosing this resort for a honeymoon trip in October 2021. Many reviews rate this place 4 stars or more and now that I have stayed at the resort I absolutely do not agree. Yes the rooms are nice and the pools are nice, but everything else is sub par. The food is a 1/5 stars at best. I would relate it to cafeteria food made to look high end. One of the most frustrating things about the food here is the time that the buffets are open and the availability to eat at the restaurants. Two of the restaurants require reservations, however on the day we arrived we were told all the reservations for every night of our stay were full and we could not make any. There is no options to make reservations in advance before you arrive to the resort or else I would have. Therefore, you have to end up going to the other 3 restaurants and waiting for a table. Each night we had to wait over an hour to get a table for two. To me this is completely unacceptable for an all inclusive resort. Not to mention the menus are very restrictive. So if you have any dietary or allergy concerns this can be very challenging. The room service food is terrible, 0/5 stars. Arrives cold and no way to warm it up. I think the only “good” food item I had from this resort was fresh chips and salsa. My husband and I also spent most of our time down on the beach and received very little service while there. No one came down to the beach to ask if we needed drinks at any time. We had to take turns walking up the the pool bars to order drinks and bring them back down to the beach.Very disappointing. This is not to say all the waiters and staff we encountered were not nice and welcoming, because they were. However the actual service, amenities, and food at this resort needs vast improvement. If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort that has great food and service, this is NOT the resort for you. I would recommend looking somewhere else and not getting sucked in like my husband and I did by the pretty pictures.

From the first day to our last day, this resort provided the retreat we needed.Excellent food and service throughout the resort. Our room, one of the “lesser” options was incredible.The staff was amazing, both ever present and blending in as to not annoy.The grounds are immaculate and the pools were just sublime.I would recommend this resort to any couple or group that is looking to escape the rigors of the real world.This resort is relaxing in every sense of the word.

I do not know where to begin, this place is truly Heavenly... My mother and I went to this resort because my brother and his wife had gone there and they had highly recommended it to us. The food, music, entertainment, peace, water and weather quality, cleanliness, staff attitude and kindness and hospitality is absolutely number ONE. I highly recommend you book in advance and go there prepared to relax, have fun, meet new and interesting people from around the world. The Cabaret is fun, I recommend you make time to attend their entertainment events every night. I went there with a broken knee and the staff was kind enough to help me rent a electric wheelchair and they accommodated me 100%. Everyone is nice, pleasant and their English is amazing.... but one person stood out to me, Carlos at the front desk and Yair from the Cabaret... they were kind and caring... made sure I had fun even with a broken knee and I was included in their events and I always had the best seat at the entertainments even though I was on a wheelchair. Their Mexican and Italian restaurants are the best.... but their breakfast and lunch buffet are just out of this world..... the food, vegetables, meat, bread and specially the fruit is so fresh and delicious I could not get enough of it.... EVERYTHING is super clean and fresh.. the rooms, the pools and even the glass windows are super clean and neat... I hope you make it out there, cause I know you will enjoy it DZ

Me and my sister travelled earlier this September for a six night stay get away, I wanted a place where I could lay back and relax, and this place met all those expectations, this place is beautiful, very close to the airport about 20min. Everyone was very kind, and very respectful, anything that you needed, there was someone there to help, I had the greatest relaxing time.. If you happen to stay here there’s a variety of food, 3 restaurants that you can walk in without reservations and one that is reservation only, and there’s a Cafe which is over all hours, Kelly is the best, had a cappuccino a couple of times and it was amazing, Mr. Andres at one of the restaurants was amazing, very detail oriented, Also the pool concierge Jorge was very helpful into recommending places to visit. We also booked a massage and it was the best experience, the whole place is very clean, it smelled very nice.. all the amenities were appropriate and wonderful, the Gym was very useful as we used it almost every morning, Only thing I do wish is that they had at least two ATMs.

Hermosa vista al mar,excelente servicio,hermosaspiscinas, deliciosa comida,buenos shows. Me encantaría volver pronto!! Talvez en diciembre cuando las playas estén libres de algas para poder disfrutar del mar.

Excelente si quieres ir a Cancún sin necesidad de salir del resort. La comida es de excelente calidad, de restaurante 5 estrellas y el room service es muy rico. Está todo incluido sin cargo extra: room service, mini fridge, alcohol, cenas en restaurantes. El hecho de que no hay niños le da un ambiente muy distinto al lugar, pacífico y agradable. La limpieza es excelente, los cuartos están de lujo, y el personal es super amable. Saludos a Ruben y Antonio de Flavours :)

Hotel espetacular, com quartos todos com vista mar (alguns com vista apenas parcial), quartos com dimensão generosa, com decoração contemporanea e com tudo o que é necessário para una excelente estadia,incluindo um jacuzzi na varanda. Restaurantes com boa qualidade e variedade de comida e bares com boa oferta. A praia é ideal para se refrescar, sendo que conta ainda com duas boas piscinas, cada una delas com o seu bar de apoio. A 15 minutos do aeroporto e 20 do centro nocturno(20 usd de táxi).

We stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun mid January and had a wonderful experience! The resort itself was beautiful and had so much to offer. Upon arrival, temperatures were taken and we right off the bat noticed that all staff were wearing masks. Even the guests around us were mindful about wearing masks when indoors. The check in process went smooth as well. The rooms were spotless and well decorated. The buffet was excellent and guests were required to wear masks while around the food. This was my first time coming to Cancun, and cannot imaging staying anywhere else! Cannot wait to come back!

Ótima estadia! Recepção ótima, serviço de maleiro sem problemas, o quarto é maravilhoso, dormi muito bem com um ótimo banho, tudo bem novo e limpo. Serviço de quarto 24h muito bom (tirando que me acordaram de 00h30 sendo que era o quarto errado). Restaurantes e comidas MUITO deliciosas. Recomendo bastante! A praia em si é bem ruim, mas a piscina é bacana (apesar de fria heheh) Recomendo!

Excelente experiência, um dos melhores hoteis que já fiquei. Equipe muito simpática, atividadespara adultos (Ioga, Voley, Culinária, etc), comida excelente e uma beleza ímpar, super recomendado. Não é a praia mais bonita de Cancún, nem um lugar para curtir festas, mas para quem busca um local calmo para relaxar e descansar, é uma das melhores opções da cidade.
