We had a great time and loved our stay. There were a few reasons why I don’t give it five stars though. Firstly, Check in was a bit confusing. I hate that they have done away with all the people and everything is automated now. Also it just makes for a very cold welcoming when you first come in. Secondly we were really enticed, when we made the booking, that it said all their king rooms were newly renovated because they were switching over to Horseshoe Casino very soon. This is not the case at all. While it was still a lovely room, it was very dated and old. Paint chipping everywhere, the carpet was literally bunching up all over the place. I almost tripped a couple of times just going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Lots of signs of ware throughout the room, bathroom and hallways. Half of the lighting fixtures didn’t work. The toilet paper holder was broken off. Definitely not newly renovated. But overall still nice. I just didn’t like that the website lied about that. Maybe some of the rooms have been renovated. But definitely not all of them. So just be aware of that. We also put our bags at their bag check when we first got there and they told us when we got to our room to call down and they would bring the bags up to us. We waited over 2.5 hours for them to bring our bags up. So that was pretty disappointing service wise. One of the positives though was that we had an absolutely spectacular view from our room.

Stayed recently for a work trip and work event. Room was really nice and clean! Loved the huge shower!! The event spaces were also so nice - especially the ballroom. Breakfasts we had were delicious and the staff was so kind and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again in the future. Only gave them a 4 because when I tried to gamble, a lot of the machines were down because of renovations.

Large clean room with comfortable bed and furniture. Nice gym as far as being a hotel gym. Equipment was older but functional. Bathroom good size and clean. Location is great. A coffee pot in the room would have been nice. Coffee in the lobby was expensive. Drink prices are outrageous. Maybe that is Las Vegas but we found more reasonable prices for food and drinks in other hotels. I hated the cigarette smoke that pervades the first floor lobby where the casino is. I did not like the Diamonds having preferential treatment whereas commoners like myself stand in line. Perhaps that is a common hotel practice which goes against my belief in treating everyone equally. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

The Casino staff are super friendly and just amazing staff. Thank you Maria, Ruby, and Joe for making our gambling experience memorable and fun! I would greatly suggest anyone to spend their time here. The tables are affordable and the casino is well lit for anyone with poor eyesight. I will definitely plan to stay here on my return trip very soon!!

Great strip location. Plenty of places to eat inside and on the strip. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and they do offer smoking rooms. The casino is being renovated but that did not get in the way at all. This is our third time staying here in the past year or so and I highly recommend staying here. Not too fancy but perfect for the rate and location. Will be back very soon.

The hotel was being renovated while we stayed. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The rooms seemed fairly clean, though it seemed like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Nothing to make the room feel gross, just little details missed. It also seems it's been a while since the rooms had been updated, that might come after the exterior renovation. Some of the drawers and doors on the dresser were damaged and hanging crooked. The casino was a good time and it never seemed too crowded. There was no safe or microwave in the room, though there was an empty mini fridge. For the price you are paying, it seems like it's a good deal given the location on the strip.

Buen lugar, pero fue difícil encontrar Personal para realizar consultas. Cobraron diariamente x el uso de internet en un tercer móvil y otros servicios que no usamos y no entendimos. Aun no nos reversan ese dinero.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, e apesar de ter muitos andares, os elevadores andam bem rápido. O pacote que fechamos incluía o café da manhã,que na verdade é um bônus de 8 ou 9 dólares para gastar em uma pequena lanchonete do térreo, não é nada demais mas dá para quebrar o galho para não precisar perder tempo saindo do hotel.

O quarto é maravilhoso, tem frigobar, eles te dão um vale de $9 por pessoa para café da manhã. O cassino e as piscinas também são bons, mas não tão luxuosos como em outros hotéis. Assim como a maioria dos hotéis de Las Vegas, a taxa de resort é bem elevada, maior que o valor da diária.

I was really impressed with this hotel.The price was right, it’s located right in the heart of the Strip, and our room was amazing.I loved having some late night restaurants right outside of the hotel. Helped for the several late nights I had where I came back hungry.All in all, I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stayed for the weekend and it was fantastic. They were able to accommodate all of my needs and put me in the perfect room based on my requests. The Resort Executive Suite was very clean, had plenty of towels and a great layout. Definitely cannot beat the price either. Staff was incredibly helpful.

La estancia fue sumamente agradable en este lugar, cuenta con todas las comodidades de un gran hotel. Los casinos, restaurantes, salas de eventos y demás están conectadas con el hotel Paris, encuentras de todo sin necesidad de salir. Los cocteles del casino son gigantes y muy buenos. The room was nice but not a great view. The lobby and building is not as Grand as others but it has what we need. Our air conditioning would not turn off and I called the front desk but no one came to fix it. Location is great as you have easy access to the strip. The pool is only open from 10:00 to 5:00 and you are not permitted to bring any outside food or drink.

It’s OK.Pros: It is very clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.Cons: My shower was not working the first night , as in it was way too cold and would not get hot at all , then it would not drain. There’s a limited selection of food to be ordered to the room ,….then the person who delivered had a bad attitude as if I’m making her deliver my food 😑. Mostly leave the hotel to do everything either on the strip or inside of other hotels.

Requested adjoining rooms. But when we arrived they had given us rooms across the hall from each other. When we reserve the rooms we were told that they would put a note in and make sure we got the adjoining rooms but then we didn't. And there were none available. There is no microwave or coffee pot in the rooms, so in order to get coffee I had to go to a coffee shop downstairs and carry four cups of coffee and a bag of cheese danishes that all together was about $65. I'm my opinion that's absolutely ridiculous. That was for five people to have a mediocre cup of coffee. I will say that cheese and cherry danishes were delicious. But it would have been nice to be able to warm them up in a microwave in the room. We saw a housekeeper in the hallway who had some small coffee pots and we asked if we could get one for our room, and she said no those are only for diamond and platinum level rooms in suites. I'm a frugal person at heart, but you know I'm here gambling and it just doesn't make sense for a hotel to make it nearly impossible to get a cup coffee for less than $7. In any case, next time we come to Vegas we will ask more detailed questions about room amenities. We definitely won't be staying at Bally's again. Additionally I found the resort fees and the daily deposit requirements to be ridiculously priced as well.

Outro hotel de altíssimo nível só não se dá cinco estrelas porque comparado com os mais modernos ele deixa um pouco a desejar mas ainda assim tem o padrão muito bom oferece bons serviços e o preço é bem acessível sem falar e decorações Uber antes que encanta toda visitante lavar e tem estacionamento fácil para que você possa deixar seu carro com tranquilidade

Un lugar limpio, uno de los hoteles más sencillos del Strip, se conecta con otro hoteles del Strip, te cobran un cargo oculto por uso del resort, par a conectarte a Internet solo puedes usar dos dispositivos de resto te cobran $15 por dispositivo extra.

It was fun. Nothing really negative that I can say about it. Of course things could've been better but with everything going on it kind of makes sense. Had fun though. Would've gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for a minor issue I had but still a fun place.

Location is great. Check in was fast, easy and convenient using the kiosk. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Love the water pressure in the shower. While I'm not a fan a the smoking, I do get that it's a casino and won't take away a star. Was not an issue in my non-smoking room.

Dentro do Ballys existe uma área para criancas e um ótimo e divertido Golf com.luz negra. Muito engraçado e divertido . Fica no meio da Strip...a Avenida mais procurada de Las Vegas, onde se encontram os Hotéis e Cassinos mais conhecidos.

The front desk staff should pay more attention to the visual state of their guests. My friend was not well due to stress and travel. Between the floor attendant who told us to check in with the machine over there ( she waved her hand in the direction she wished us to walk away in) to the abruptly helpful young lady at the counter who made me stand off to the side ( redundant since I was already aware that she would need to ask for another form of payment ( my credit card and ID )

The employees at the hotel were friendly enough. Very nice atmosphere and surroundings. The issue I had was that being in a resort suite I expected at least a coffee maker or a microwave, we instead had 2 refrigerators. Everything seemed clean in the room except one chair which I’ll share a picture of and the table. Drink plenty of Gatorade and water if you go to Vegas and stay safe!

We booked at the Rio, but our reservation was transferred to this hotel. We had concerns about having the same amenities as we expected in the Rio, but the staff was great in answering our questions & meeting all our needs. Once we checked in all the communication was done via text. The staff responded right away & were super helpful. For example, we were able to use the pool & fitness center at the Paris hotel (right next door and accessible through the ground floor). The hotel also provided free parking and a refrigerator in the room, something we expected at the Rio.The room was very spacious, the sleeping area as well as the bathroom. On our first day we noticed the bathroom door didn’t lock, we notify them via text & they sent someone to fix it right away. The bed was comfy, the towels were a little rough, but we had all the essential (soap, shampoo, and lotion). They did offer cleaning service every day. The Wifi was a bit slow & cell phone service was spotty inside the room. We did have a great view from the room, we got to see the colorful High Roller, which was pretty at night.While the room was great, the hotel itself was a mixed bag. The location is perfect, if you’re looking to be on the strip. It’s at one of the main intersections on the strip (across from The Bellagio). The restaurants at the hotel are okay, but not great. There are better food options nearby (for ex. Marilyn’s Cafe at Tuscany for breakfast). The cigarette smell in the lobby is pretty overwhelming (as a non-smoker); we went to other hotels that had non-smoking areas (for Sports Book and casino). During the week it was easy to get from the lobby to our guest room, however during the weekend the wait for the elevators was pretty long.Overall we are happy we stayed at this hotel. It provided the conveniences that we needed. Of course it would’ve been better with a coffee machine & a microwave, but that seems to be a rarity in Vegas. But the staff made up for it with their kindness & helpfulness.

Stayed here to use the tennis courts. To find out they are closed. I could make an appointment and pay $25. No thanks I'll use the one down the street for free. Difficult to get to the hotel and have to walk all the way through Paris casino to get there. Valet is closed. Rooms are good sized and they have mini fridge. Employees are kind and helpful. Machines were decent enough in the high limits area. The game kings $0.50, $1 keno machines had action.

Above average more for budget minded. The Indigo Tower is dated and needs renovation. The Jubilee Tower is refreshed. No room service after 11 am. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Staff is excellent. Facilities good. Wonderful old style pool.

Found this pretty much like all the other casinos we walked through... while I never saw anyone smoking the smell of smoke was extremely strong. And as a non-smoker that is off putting, but that is on me I know. It was very nice though.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, el baño tambien es grande. El aseo de la habitacion es muy prolijo. Las camas y almohadas reeecomodas. Queda frente al hotel Bellagio. Está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de todo (compras, comida y paseos). Solo les falta cafetera en la habitacion.

This hotel was very comfortable. The bed was firm and was good for my back. No housekeeping right now unless you request it. They have a self check in option that is very easy. The staff was great!

I'm top tier with Caesars, and love playing at Bally's. The gaming is fun, and the service is excellent. That being said it feel like a shadow of its former self. There's no really design or architecture elements, and they only have a few cases displaying the costumes that made them famous. I hope they are able to renovate/redesign to bring it back to its former glory.

It is a fantastic hotel to stay at, has it all and is in walking distance to it all, rooms are spacious enough and beds are comfortable. I am taking 1 star cause of the shower, it's nice everything is well placed room for it all but the water pressure sucks. I mean come on in this heat I need to wash my hair and took me over an hour to wash all the conditioner out my hair.. a little more water pressure please.

We walked from The Cosmopolitan, only to discover the show we had paid for had been canceled without notice. No email or phone call was made prior to show time to warn the show had been canceled. I still look forward to seeing the show eventually. I don't blame the resort for the cancellation but would have appreciated a notice. The visit was pleasant.

Yay Vegas! Went to check in and was greeted at the counter. Tried to tell me I had to wait in the ridiculously long line at the other end because I did not have a high enough membership. Luckily I went to the Total Rewards counter to pick up a copy of my gaming card. Overall the stay was pleasant and enjoying Vegas.

I checked in at a kiosk and I went to my room to find a used mask on a couch and trash on the floor. Immediately went to front desk and they apologized and gave me an equal room with a better view. I would've given 1 star but the man at the front desk was very nice about it so I decided to give 4 stars. Other then that problem, the stay was pleasant.

For the price it was completely worth the stay. However make sure you look at what you request in your room. I will be making the choices on that next time around. I was sad about the pool not being open at least every other day. I did get to enjoy it at least twice and boy I was blown away such fun. 12 ft! The ppl that work in the public spaces are sticklers for keeping that mask over your mouth and nose so be prepared to be reminded even while smoking a cigarette/cigar.

Já me hospedei neste hotel por tuas vezes, e achei um bom custo-benefício. Apesar de não ter café da manhã você pode atravessar pertences do hotel até o hotel paris onde possui uma boa padaria, encontrei até um pão muito parecido com pão francês e manter. É um hotel um tanto antigo porém possui muitas suítes reformadas, você pode dar sorte de pegar uma vista para um hotel Belagia Ive as apresentações do show de água. O quarto possui uma cafeteira, e também frigobar

A localização do hotel é o ponto alto da hospedagem. Fica perto de tudo e você pode ir aos principais cassinos da cidade a pé. A diária é vendida com o café da manhã incluído, mas, na verdade, o que te entregam é um voucher de 18 dólares, por quarto e por dia, que pode ser utilizado em duas lanchonetes bem pequenas que quase não têm opções. O sinal da internet funciona muito bem, mas o serviço é cobrado em separado (US$ 15,99 por dia). O estacionamento também precisa ser pago a parte (US$ 15,00 por dia) e as opções de alimentação dentro do complexo (o Bally’s é interligado ao Paris Hotel) não possuem um bom custo benefício. O quarto é grande, espaçoso e bem confortável. A higiene também não deixa nada a desejar.

Hotel/casino bastante antigo e tradicional, foi reformado há pouco tempo, os quartos ficaram muito bons, o custo benefício do local é muito bom, e a localização é espetacular, bem no centro da Las Vegas Strip, se estiver procurando um lugar bem localizado que te permita fazer tudo a pé, é uma excelente opção!
