“This hotel was very comfortable. The bed was firm and was good for my back. No housekeeping right now unless you request it. They have a self check in option that is very easy. The staff was great!”

“Requested adjoining rooms. But when we arrived they had given us rooms across the hall from each other. When we reserve the rooms we were told that they would put a note in and make sure we got the adjoining rooms but then we didn't. And there were none available. There is no microwave or coffee pot in the rooms, so in order to get coffee I had to go to a coffee shop downstairs and carry four cups of coffee and a bag of cheese danishes that all together was about $65. I'm my opinion that's absolutely ridiculous. That was for five people to have a mediocre cup of coffee. I will say that cheese and cherry danishes were delicious. But it would have been nice to be able to warm them up in a microwave in the room. We saw a housekeeper in the hallway who had some small coffee pots and we asked if we could get one for our room, and she said no those are only for diamond and platinum level rooms in suites. I'm a frugal person at heart, but you know I'm here gambling and it just doesn't make sense for a hotel to make it nearly impossible to get a cup coffee for less than $7. In any case, next time we come to Vegas we will ask more detailed questions about room amenities. We definitely won't be staying at Bally's again. Additionally I found the resort fees and the daily deposit requirements to be ridiculously priced as well.”
