“The service was lacking. The onboarding was the worst by far. Rooms were not ready and a group of us requested rooms in the same building and were told yes, but we ended up with rooms in different buildings. We weren't told about any amenities, entertainment, restaurants. Just a map and room number. They didn't even point the building to us.My room had a lot of issues. The safe didn't work, the tv didn't work, and water leaked into the room through the glass wall divider after I took a shower. I called the front desk to clean up and fix the issues and I was told the issues would be fixed. I returned to the room after 4-5 hours and none of the issues were resolved. I called again and they sent a technician to look at the issue. After spending 2-3 hours of my time, they finally agreed to change my room. But they wasted so much of my time as they made me wait around as they had technical issues changing my room key.They food was okay but their was a long wait for all the a-la-carte restaurants. Not all the restaurants were open everyday. Also, Diamond members could make reservations ahead at these restaurants and we were told to come at 6pm to put our names down. We put our name down the 2nd night at the Vespa Italian and when we got there at 8:30pm, we were told to wait longer even though half the restaurant was empty. The food at all the a-la-carte restaurants took forever to come out. Servers weren't very attentive and got our orders wrong and we would have missing food items.The entertainment and my group of friends were the only saving grace.”

“Myself and my buddy from school days decided to take a guys trip for our birthday, we are both black successful business men. On our first visit to the pool/foam party were stopped and searched while other folks who were of a different skin color walked by without a problem. One white gentleman came to me after the situation and said he saw the entire thing and he's sorry that racism is still alive. Shocking huh? I was a diamond club member when I stayed at this hotel and all was fine up to that point. After taking it up with Cesar the head supervisor at the diamond club on my last day, I was told that we would be given a 2 day, 2 night stay as a way of making up for this obvious racial act. To date/3 weeks later we have received no communication from the hotel via email or phone. They straight out lied to us. Now I don't want anything from them but if you are going to assume blame and say you're going to fix something then do so or you end up with a bad review. It's simple!”
