Everything was exquisite! The staff, ambiance, food, room, literally everything. The staff were very professional & friendly. Every thing is kept clean & the luxury ocean view room was stunning! The gym was fully loaded with equipment & kept clean. The food was great & so were the Drinks. I can’t get over how beautiful the hotel is! The room was a little difficult to locate at first only because it was on the fifth floor (room 3558), assuming that it’d be on the 3rd floor. Anyhow I highly recommend this hotel because everything was amazing.

Beautiful resort, beautiful views.Staff could of been more attentive, accommodating and pleasant.The best waiters were in the breakfast buffet - they were exactly as what you would expect in a resort.They were very happy, pleasant people. Most of the sother staff were not concerned if we enjoyed our stay or not.We did not feel we got what we paid for and will not stay there again.

Me hospedei nesse hotel na minha lua de mel, e valeu a pena. Apesar de o valor da diária ser alto, o hotel é sensacional, o mais maravilhoso em que já fiquei.Pontos positivos: possui sistema all inclusive, diversas opções de restaurantes e bares, e quem está no the reserve, que foi meu caso, tem acesso ao restaurante La Palapa, onde é possível tomar café e almoçar com uma vista maravilhosa do mar do caribe, que não tem preço. Há opção de pedir refeições no quarto sem custo adicional. Na parte interna do hotel também tem uma área exclusiva do the reserve, que tem um barzinho e um restaurante com aperitivos, pequenas porções e doces, em um ambiente muito lindo e agradável. O quarto é lindo e super limpo, assim como toda a estrutura do hotel. Sempre tem festas e shows bem legais.Pontos negativos: para o jantar quase todos os restaurantes só atendem mediante reserva, que pode ser feita pelo aplicativo do hotel. Na área das piscinas, para utilizar as camas balinesas também é necessário fazer reserva, o que infelizmente só descobri após passar por um pequeno constrangimento. Meu concierge não me ajudou em nada, só reservou os jantares. No início estava meio perdida no hotel, pois ele é imenso, e mandar mensagem pra ele foi totalmente inútil. O mar em frente ao hotel é um pouco bravo, então tem que tomar cuidado. Se você não fala espanhol ou inglês fluente, pode sofrer para se comunicar. O espanhol deles é bem difícil de entender.Dicas: - É importante observar o horário de funcionamento de cada bar e restaurante. - Se fizer a reserva da hospedagem no aplicativo do próprio hotel é possível conseguir bons descontos. No booking é mais caro. - É ideal ficar lá quando não tiver passeios (cenotes, chichen itza, etc), para poder aproveitar melhor.

Comida: sushi, mexicano, buffet saudável e italiano - todos nível 7/8, mas incrível para um all inclusive - dica: na entrada do MALVA tem um Guiche para reservar seu jantar.Reserve, pois se não vai ter q jantar no kilão kk.Serviço: nota 10 - atendimento 100% profissional e carismatico! SPA: parecia bom, porém mt caro em relação ao real brasileiro.:( A melhor vista da praia com ctz é desse hotel! Já com saudades!

Realmente eu já vi muitos comentários negativos sobre esse resort que fiquei até com medo, mas minha vontade de conhecer foi maior que decidi arriscar. Não tenho que reclamar desse lugar, foi o melhor resort ALL INCLUSIVE que eu fui na vida, todos funcionários desse hotel estão de parabéns pela recepção, em nenhum momento fui tratado de maneira diferente por causa de gorjeta, somos Brasileiros e infelizmente nossa realidade é diferente dos Americanos, esses funcionários estão de parabéns, o Paradisus Cancun estão de parabéns, limpeza dos quartos incrível, qualidade da comida e incrível, os drinks então sem palavras, que marguerita senhores, se eu for falar tudo que tenho pra dizer nesse momento não caberia aqui, piscinas maravilhosas, a praia então nem se fala,ficaria por dias falando tudo de maravilhoso que vivenciei com minha esposa nesse paraíso, e pra quem reclamou desse resort eu deixo meu recado. Vocês são incompreensíveis, esse lugar merece infinitas estrelas !!!!!

Sensacional! Mas vou dar 4 estrelas porque o elevador da pirâmide 1 permaneceu sem funcionar durante 7 dias que fiquei lá.

Fueron unas vacaciones súper padres porque tenía mucho tiempo que no salía de viaje y me relajé muchísimo en el Paradisus, todo está genial, además de que las camas balinesas tienen conexión eléctrica y WIFI, por lo que incluso puedes hacer home office disfrutando de la vista, nadar un rato y tener un excelente servicio (comida y bebidas de todo tipo) durante todo el día. Lo amé y sé que regresaré muy pronto.

Increíble experiencia, bastante lujo y una atención increíble por parte de los empleados. Los meseros de los restaurantes muy atentos y amables, sólo no me gustó el restaurante blue agave, pues tardaron entre 45 y 50 minutos en darme una orden de cuatro tacos .-.Hay un restaurante que cobra, pero los demás son gratis y las actividades como masajes sí son de paga.

The food is impeccable, the bartenders friendly & eager to please, beds comfortable. We got a suite with the most luxurious tub. If you’re considering upgrading to The Reserve, it’s well worth the extra money for the breakfast and lunch options plus the ability to get away from the DJ in the regular pool (and the kids). The pool is also heated to a perfect temp. Really can’t say enough about this experience! You won’t be disappointed!

Attentive staff, great accommodation, plenty of activities and areas to relax. Staff remembered my name after exchanging small talk at the bar — everyone was personable. Spa was wonderful, room was great, all the restaurants served amazing food. Thank you for the lovely experience!!

Such a beautiful and accomodating resort. The staff takes such good care of you with any questions, concerns or recommendations you may have for them. They have events just about every evening as well. A big plus is that there are no kids. Only downside was that the swim up bar was closed during our stay and having to reserve dinner tables at the restaurants far in advance. Beautiful place and I would love to return one day.

This hotel is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly, very helpful, accommodating. Beautiful views inside and out. Very clean as well! Lots of food and drink choices, some cost extra but TOTALLY worth it, and make sure you check out some of the excursions they offer! Will definitely be back here!

Qualidade no atendimento deixou a desejar dessa vez. Os quartos com cheiro de mofo e umidade, deram impressão que ficaram fechados por muito tempo.O atendimento caiu bastante, fomos mal atendidos por vários funcionários no café da manhã especialmente. Abelardo foi a exceção no café da manhã, sempre alto astral e cortês!Uma pena, pois a praia é excelente.

Lejos el mejor hotel de la zona hotelera de Cancún, la playa es una de las mejores y de las pocas sin piedras.. ideal! La atención es excelente desde los mozos de la playa, los de los restaurantes y baressiempre atentos en todo....el club de niños una maravilla mis hijas se divirtieron mucho con las actividades y juegos que las seños Andrea, Nicol, Janet y Yenifer propusieron. La limpieza de todo el hotel es de destacar, los baños de cualquier zona del hotel impecables, los lugares comunes brillaban y las habitaciones impecables. Si vuelvo a Cancún va a ser a este hotel. Lo único negativo fue la concierge que nos asignaron, que en su afán de vender nos mal informó de algunas cosas.

El lugar es muy bonito por dentro, todo el personal es muy amable tanto con los turistas extranjeros como con los mexicanos. Las habitaciones son agradables. Hay una parte privada del hotel. Cobran por las camas en la playa un precio excesivo. Las actividades no son tan buenas. Es un lugar agradable.

Estuvimos 4 noches en la pirámide del Club, Marco Flores nos realizó el proceso de check in y check out y fue extremadamente atento y amable un 10 para el. También queremos agradecer y subrayar la atención y el trato de todos los meseros y staff en los restaurante blue agave y cielo, además de todos los meseros en las piscinas fue una estadía muy buena mucho mejor a las que hemos tenido con anterioridad en este complejo.

Yikes, run for the hills!It feels like you're walking through an abandoned strip mall with half the restaurants open and half staffed. Everything is an up charge, so if you've come to take advantage of this "all inclusive" hotel, you'll be disappointed. In order to have dinner, they've requested you make a reservation via the phone in your room. Unfortunately, no one answers the line. You also are not permitted to make a reservation until the dayof. The only way we were able to make any reservations was to go down to guest services to ask why no one was answering their reservation line.This is also for families, so you'll likely see more children than adults. Just a warning!You also are not allowed to request alcohol to your room as room service. The only way you can get a beverage is by running down to a restaurant and bringing it back up. It's kind of laughable, you get two beers in the fridge when you arrive, but it's all on you to figure out the rest!The cabanas are extra, certain restaurants are for higher paying guests, the room service food is something an elementary school child would be served in their school cafeteria. I should have taken a photo of the pizza for this purpose, it's laughable.Good luck all! There are better options!

We enjoyed our stay at Paradisus which we went to for our friends destination wedding. All the food at Paradisus was very good. The hotel also did a great job at their wedding the food was delicious so was the cake and the whole venue set up was gorgeous. Servers at the wedding were excellent. They were very attentive and made sure everyone had anything they needed. Also for check in Alberto went above and beyond to help us get checked in and in a room we enjoyed. He was very attentive and we really appreciate all his help. He took his time and did not rush through helping us. We could tell he really wanted to make sure we were taken care of. WEN went out of her way to help us book our golf tee time. She also made sure we were able to get a reservation at the Italian restaurant we really wanted to try out. She is an excellent customer service representative and she went above and beyond for us! Paradisus has some wonderful employees on board! Definitely want to come back soon!

Foram 6 dias incriveis de descanso, luxo e bom atendimento. Fiquei no quarto the reserve com vista para o mar. O quarto era ótimo com frigobar e snacks repostos todo dia, otimos amenities, TV a cabo full HD com canais do mundo todo, entre outros. So foi ruim o fato que as 2 camas nao eram queen e sim de casal. As comidas eram boas mas sentimos falta de carnes e camarão. O buffet Malva é perfeito para qualquer hora com muitas opções. Nos demais restaurantes a la carte os pratos sempre vem caprichados. O atendimento foi perfeito e não demos nada de gorjeta - atenção especial do Martinez e Atilano no Malva. A estrutura do hotel é otima e tudo bem cuidado. Mas faltou todas as areas terem aquele cheiro gostoso. Os drinks eram bons. O lado ruim era que nao havia muita diversão para crianças. Quanto ao the reserve havia uma piscina e restaurante exclusivo mas por não poder estar la com crianças a experiência foi prejudicada. A internet wifi funciona 100% em todo o hotel. O mar azul turquesa enche os olhos e em novembro tinha dias que o mar estava sem ondas e bem tranquilo. Recomendo o paradisus.

O quarto não condiz com as imagens do site/Internet, atendimento tanto na praia quanto nos restaurantes muito ruim. Fila gigante para check in, check out, restaurante, snack na piscina. Reclamamos em relação ao quarto e atendimento e nada foi feito, você é apenas mais um lá, não fazem nenhum esforço para agradar o hóspede. Fomos em lua de mel, e foi descepcionate. A sorte é que fomos antes para Playa del Carmen, em um hotel que salvou a viagem. Na minha opinião, não vá para esse hotel, mude. Vá para um hotel em que eles dão valor para o hóspede e te trate como você deve e não apenas como mais um.

From the Time I exited the limousine the reception, IN processing and hospitality was amazing. The desk concierge who offered and processed my upgrade, The hotel bartenders, The Reserve Adults section Pool concierge were all professional and super pleasant to work with. Thanks Team Paradisus for making my personal adult get away the "Best" in World Class treatment. As a add-on "Miguel" (At the Check-in Reception Desk) Is the one who made it all happen for me - Miguel went above the usual treatment and service to ensure I had the accommodations that I want and needed. THANKS MIGUEL!!!

Second time staying at Paradisus. The hotel was even better due to not being crowded and being able to social distance. We ordered the beachfront Bali beds and our server Sergio did not disappoint. We never had to ask for anything hardly unless we wanted to order food. Johnathan helped me pre book which was a plus. Our concierges Violetta and Aaron were also a big plus in getting us prepared to enter back into the US. Over all the stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality.

In response to what management said on my email below, most intelligent adults do not put their legal name on google. Everything in my review was completely accurate and the staff was informed during my stay. There isn’t any response management can offer to change the experience. FACTS are FACTS. *Definitely not for a couples getaway! There are a lot of children in every single corner of the resort. There is no adult-only anything and if there is then it definitely isn’t enforced. My husband and I literally had to leave the pool and other social areas that we were paying to enjoy just to avoid people’s kids. Music blares all night and it’s not good music. The buffet is the best food at the resort. Restaurants are a 2-3 on their best night. Very disappointing. I resorted to wings from room service every night to survive. I’m being dramatic, but I didn’t eat one complete meal from any restaurant that I thoroughly enjoyed. The pillows have a terrible odor, like someone passing gas every time air is pushed out of it. Had our room changed because we thought the room was the issue, only to get to another room and discover the same exact odor, which we found was coming from the pillows. Also, you get asked to take their “membership” or “timeshare” tour and they give you a gift certificate to the steakhouse. This certificate will probably pay for 1 drink. The steakhouse isn’t good and the wine I was given tasted old and cheap but they charge top dollar for it. I took 1 bite of my steak and potato and threw the rest away but still had to pay the $150 bill. I suggest going out to eat at a nice restaurant instead of spending money here. Customer service is good, they try their best. This resort is a solid 3 stars due to customer service. Based on my experience, I will not return here.
