“We didn’t actually get to stay at the hotel, but I do have to leave an amazing review for the service -
We reserved a room to the hotel via booking.com, but upon arrival were told (with many other travelers) that the rooms we booked didn’t actually exist.
So, over 10 incredibly frustrated people ended up stranded in the hotel lobby in the middle of the night, without a place to sleep. However, the brown haired woman at the counter - unfortunately didn’t catch her name:( - organized hotel rooms at a different place, and the transit there for all of us, in less than half an hour!
Absolutely amazing, thank you so much - please someone give her an award for employee of the year”

“Arrived this morning to pay the fee for early check in. We waited and as soon as we got our room, reception had to knock on our door after already getting settled in bed to bring us back down to relocate us to another room. When asked it was because it “belonged to another customer.” The next room that we were assigned was being serviced and not suitable for staying so we had to return to the lobby again for a third room. We stayed for a couple hours but ended up leaving to a different hotel later the same day after paying for 2 nights. Staff was generally rude and unapologetic, except the last man we talked to when checking out, however no amends were attempted to be made because we purchased a non-flexible booking. Not worth the hassle of staying no matter how cheap.”
