Pésimo el servicio …. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado…. Malísimo servicio… no hacen la habitación… no regresaria

Arrived this morning to pay the fee for early check in. We waited and as soon as we got our room, reception had to knock on our door after already getting settled in bed to bring us back down to relocate us to another room. When asked it was because it “belonged to another customer.” The next room that we were assigned was being serviced and not suitable for staying so we had to return to the lobby again for a third room. We stayed for a couple hours but ended up leaving to a different hotel later the same day after paying for 2 nights. Staff was generally rude and unapologetic, except the last man we talked to when checking out, however no amends were attempted to be made because we purchased a non-flexible booking. Not worth the hassle of staying no matter how cheap.

HOTEL A EVITAR Este hotel não é seguro, o quarto foi visitado e um objeto foi roubado e a gerência (completamente ausente) não leva isso em consideração de forma alguma. A recepção até se permite rir. O café da manhã não é terrível, sem armazenamento nos quartos. . . . Nós até recebemos as chaves de um quarto quando chegamos que estava ocupado. . . .

Este foi um lugar fantástico para ficar. É muito perto do aeroporto tornando-se uma localização conveniente. As pessoas da recepção foram muito cordiais, a cama era muito confortável e os quartos pareciam limpos e seguros. Um bônus adicional é o café da manhã - comida incrível pelo preço. Dou a este hotel a minha melhor recomendação.

Excelentes servicios. Es la segunda vez que vengo y ratificó la calidad, amabilidad, rapidez del chequeolimpieza, toallas bien limpias. Lo recomiendo al cien por ciento. El precio esta muy bien.

Siendo conductor de camión llegue a las 05.00 AM y estuve esperando a que apareciese alguien por recepción, cuando llegó un joven pregu te si tenían habitación para, al menos descansar 9 horas, sin siquiera mirarlo me dijo que estaba completo. Una falta de respeto y nada ético Aunque fuese de vacaciones jamás volvería a ese establecimiento . Le doy 1 estrella por que menos no se puede.

The hotel is great. You’re getting exactly what you pay for. Very close to the airport and comfortable. The hotel was clean, the bed was very nice and the front desk people where very helpful. Aeroville mall is a few steps down and has everything you may need, including a supermarket. The hotel is easy to get to by bus. This is THE best place to stay in when looking for something close to CDG. I recommend it very much!

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is very close to the airport making it a convenient location. The front-desk people were very cordial, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms felt clean and safe. An added bonus is the breakfast - incredible food for the price. I give this hotel my highest recommendation.

o único interesse deste hotel: sua limpeza e proximidade com o aeroporto. a operação muito complicada, funcionários simpáticos, mas quase inútil porque tudo é feito pela internet. nenhuma alteração pode ser feita pela equipe (exceto, é claro, a cobrança de suplementos), especialmente não reserve muitas noites com antecedência porque eles não reembolsam. depois de uma semana no hotel, encurtei 2 dias e o hotel se recusa a me reembolsar. me devem 2 noites, 2 estacionamentos, 2 cafés da manhã que não querem devolver profissionalmente para evitar porque não há flexibilidade. válido apenas por uma noite (como hotel de passe) pena. Meu voo foi cancelado e só tive o problema resolvido no dia seguinte, eu tinha o quarto de hotel pago por 4 noites ao chegar no hotel, a recepção disse que já não tinha direito ao quarto e nos deu um outroquarto que não corresponde ao contratado. Não fazem restituição do dinheiro e ficam a sorrir do cliente sem oferecer solução.Uma tristeza depois de uma longa esperamos aeroportos equando finalmente espera poder descansar , ter de encarar outra situação de insatisfação e descaso.

Na verdade, não conseguimos ficar no hotel, mas tenho que deixar um comentário incrível sobre o serviço - Reservamos um quarto para o hotel via booking.com, mas na chegada fomos informados (com muitos outros viajantes) que os quartos que reservamos não existiam. Assim, mais de 10 pessoas incrivelmente frustradas acabaram presas no saguão do hotel no meio da noite, sem um lugar para dormir. No entanto, a mulher de cabelos castanhos no balcão - infelizmente não pegou o nome dela:( - organizou quartos de hotel em um lugar diferente, e o trânsito lá para todos nós, em menos de meia hora! Absolutamente incrível, muito obrigado - por favor, alguém dê a ela um prêmio de funcionário do ano

Excelente estadia, o hotel é novo, o café da manhã muito bom. O quarto super limpo e novo. Você pode ouvir os aviões um pouco, mas na minha opinião é o mesmo em todos os lugares, é muito silencioso. Super bem localizado bem em frente ao Aeroville. Eu definitivamente voltarei lá.

Lugar agradable, comodo y muy limpio. Muy bueno que quede a lado del centro comercial Aeroville para hacer compras y muy conveniente que esté cerca al aeropuerto.

This hotel looks new, located very close to the airport, has a huge shopping centre (Aeroville) within 5 minutes walk. Gated Parking is €10/night. The room is modern and clean, comfortable bed and nicely designed bathroom. Vending machines in reception. Once the shopping centre closes, nothing much open nearby . Its located opposite cargo 7. Driving instructions on GPS need concentration.

We didn’t actually get to stay at the hotel, but I do have to leave an amazing review for the service - We reserved a room to the hotel via booking.com, but upon arrival were told (with many other travelers) that the rooms we booked didn’t actually exist. So, over 10 incredibly frustrated people ended up stranded in the hotel lobby in the middle of the night, without a place to sleep. However, the brown haired woman at the counter - unfortunately didn’t catch her name:( - organized hotel rooms at a different place, and the transit there for all of us, in less than half an hour! Absolutely amazing, thank you so much - please someone give her an award for employee of the year

Chegou tarde da noite. Estacionamento seguro com portão e campainha de entrada. Com um carro bastante único que se destaca nas placas britânicas, foi reconfortante que eu pudesse dormir à noite sabendo que não seria mexido. Os funcionários são muito prestativos! Máquinas de venda automática na recepção, então muitos lanches. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha uma pia quebrada, um vídeo rápido e uma ida à recepção resolveu isso. Dentro de uma hora, uma senhora veio com um cartão para o nosso novo quarto. Mesmo sendo próximo ao aeroporto, o barulho dos aviões não é insuportável, ótimo isolamento acústico. Você vai acordar com um lindo nascer do sol e uma bela vista. Quartos limpos e arrumados. Equipe amigável. Excelente pelo que cobram.

Está bien ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto Charles de Gaulle, por lo que para quien va de paso durante una estadía corta , es ideal. Muy amable el personal, buen desayuno, impecable la limpieza de la habitación y todas las instalaciones en general. Buena relación calidad precio. No manejan dinero en efectivo.

DON'T BOOK A TAXI WITH HOTEL! That's my only critique, we booked a taxi through the staff as the WiFi in the hotel was not working for us to use an app. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive and the driver charged 30 euros. I now it's France and they aren't affiliated with the hotel but the hotel should have told us what the cost would be. We've taken taxis in Paris for a lot farther but a lot cheaper. Other than that, good room and good location to airport.

Arrived late evening. Secure car park with gate and buzzer entry. With quite a unique car that stands out on British plates it was reassuring that I could sleep at night knowing it wouldn’t be messed with. Staff are very helpful! Vending machines at reception so lots of snacks. Our first room had a broken sink, a quick video of it and a trip to reception sorted this right out. Within an hour, a lady came with a card to our new room. Even though it’s next to the airport, the noise from planes isn’t unbearable, great sound insulation. You’ll wake up to a pretty sunrise and a nice view. Clean and tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent for what they charge.

Friendly staff , unfortunately the hotel is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. 1. No soap, shampoo or lotion in the room 2. Paper pillow cases that look like they haven’t been changed in a while. I had to cover my pillow with a towel. Hopefully it was washed. 3. There’s a crazy man sitting in the waiting area talking to everyone. I did not feel safe checking in 4. When we checked in only one elevator was working out of two. 1hr later the second elevator was also down.
