“This hotel is warm and clean and smells nice which is very important to me in a place I'm staying for days. The main draw here, though, and the reason I would choose to stay here on any trip to Nashville, is that the staff is PHENOMENAL. Again, PHENOMENAL. They are all extremely courteous, outgoing and make you feel special any time you walk into the lobby, any time of the day or night. Always smiling, always happy to see you, the staff of the Fairfield Inn & Suites is literally the most kind and courteous team I have ever seen in a hotel. 10 stars!!!”

“A lot of construction in the area, no fault of the hotel, but made it difficult to get around. The parking was adequate but completely overpriced. The breakfast was good, the front desk, when there was someone there was very friendly. Rooms are small and well kept. The bathroom had a lot of peeling paint on the ceiling. The rooftop bar and restaurant is non existent. It was closed without any notification to guests. I was planning on dining there on my last night and enjoying the view of Nashville, only to find a sign that said closed for a private event, when in actuality, it was not open at all. With all of the hotels in Nashville, this will not be recommended or be on the list for a return visit. It has potential, but fell short.”
