“Front desk associate was very welcoming! (Beautiful black young lady) she was very kind & very helpful. Her wonderful customer service made the stay better. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m In Nashville. The room was nice & clean. The pool was very cool. I love the complimentary breakfast buffet offered.
I didn’t get the chance to experience the roof top bar but definitely looking forward to it on my next stay.”

“This hotel is warm and clean and smells nice which is very important to me in a place I'm staying for days. The main draw here, though, and the reason I would choose to stay here on any trip to Nashville, is that the staff is PHENOMENAL. Again, PHENOMENAL. They are all extremely courteous, outgoing and make you feel special any time you walk into the lobby, any time of the day or night. Always smiling, always happy to see you, the staff of the Fairfield Inn & Suites is literally the most kind and courteous team I have ever seen in a hotel. 10 stars!!!”
