Decided to write a few points since management seems to read this.Best thing is the location, but the room I was in was very dark as there was little natural light coming in. Given the prices at which the rooms are, the hotel should also think about upgrading the technology in the room - it should come at no surprise that the world now uses smartphones and Bluetooth connectivity is needed. The Bose system and speaker requires CDs and aux input, which is outdated already. Service also needs to be improved (e.g. front desk ignores you as you walk in, and doesn't greet you). Effectively you're mainly paying for location. But even business travelers would be irritated at the clearly outdated tech for when they're in the room.

besides a faulty heater and small windows, it was indeed an interesting experience. great for those who would enjoy cooking for loved ones away from home! also, shoutout to the hotel staff, Shao Han (?) for being extremely helpful and friendly. definitely elevated the stay there! :)

Booked a Cutler suite for a one night stay with Ascott. Service was OK by the staffs in the hotel and the bed was nicely decorated for birthday. However Suite wise it could have been a better experience. Room was not very clean as the sink still had stains, the toilet had a used hairband near the bathtub, and there was a grain of rice embedded in the sofa. Overall OK with the service but the room was nowhere near what it should be for a 5-star rated venue.I was also charged incorrectly on the day of check in, and they only notified me to pay the full amount after I requested for late checkout (to no avail). I thought these type of things were not so complicated. Just disappointed.

Hice una reserva en mayo, sin embargo, debido a las restricciones de Covid, tuve que reprogramarla para una fecha posterior. Cuando volví a llamar para confirmar la fecha, me dijeron que era demasiado tarde y que lo tomaron como una ausencia. La gerente, Irene Toh, fue extremadamente sarcástica y fue horrible en el manejo de mi caso. Básicamente me robaron $ 290 de mi reserva en la que no me quedé. Esta es la peor experiencia de servicio al cliente que he encontrado, no reserve este lugar horrible.

Quando liguei de volta para confirmar a data, eles me disseram que era tarde demais e que não compareceram. A gerente, Irene Toh, foi extremamente sarcástica e foi horrível ao lidar com meu caso. Eu basicamente fui roubado $ 290 da minha reserva que eu não fiquei. Esta é a pior experiência de serviço ao cliente que eu já encontrei, não reserve este lugar horrível.

Made a booking in May, however due to covid restrictions, had to reschedule till a later date. When I called back to confirm the date, they told me that it was too late and that they took it as a no-show. The manager, Irene Toh, was extremely sarcastic and was horrible in handling my case. I basically got robbed $290 from my booking which I did not stay in. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever come across, do not book this horrible place.

Fui a Cali en Ascott para una celebración de almuerzo de cumpleaños. Buen ambiente sin las prisas y la multitud. La comida era buena para el almuerzo y el precio de un almuerzo de 4 platos también era muy asequible. $ 20 ++ por un almuerzo fijo de 4 platos, pero si prefiere un almuerzo más ligero, puede elegir un almuerzo fijo de 2 platos o 3 platos a precios más bajos. El contratiempo fue que no se incluyeron bebidas (ni siquiera agua) en el almuerzo fijo y tendrías que pedir las bebidas por separado. En general, todavía vale la pena almorzar allí. Si te gusta el chocolate, prueba el pastel de lava de chocolate que se sirve con helado. ¡Mmm!

Fui para Cali em Ascott para uma festa de almoço de aniversário. Ambiente agradável sem a pressa e multidão. A comida era boa para o almoço e o preço de um almoço de 4 pratos era muito acessível também. $ 20 ++ para um almoço de 4 pratos, mas se você preferir um almoço mais leve, você pode escolher um almoço de 2 ou 3 pratos a preços mais baixos. O contratempo foi que nenhuma bebida (nem mesmo água) foi incluída no almoço definido e você precisaria pedir as bebidas separadamente. No geral, ainda vale a pena almoçar lá. Se você gosta de chocolate, experimente o bolo de chocolate lava que é servido com sorvete. Yum!

Went to Cali in Ascott for a birthday lunch celebration. Nice ambience without the rush and crowd. Food was good for lunch and the price for a 4 course set lunch was really affordable as well. $20++ for a 4 course set lunch but if you prefer a lighter lunch, you could choose a 2 course or 3 course set lunch at lower prices. The setback was that no drinks (not even water) was included into the set lunch and you would need to order drinks separately. On the general whole, its still worth the while lunching there. If you like chocolate, do try the chocolate lava cake that's served with ice cream. Yum!

O quarto que me foi dado era enorme! Porém, o sabonete no banho e também a marca de produtos de higiene que colocam não é uma boa escolha. Não cheira bem. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

The room given to me was huge! However, the soap in the bath and also the brand of toiletries they put is not a good choice. It doesn't smell good. Staff are really friendly.

Excelente servicio y habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas con cocina cafetera e Internet de alta velocidad. El servicio de desayuno es nuevo y se nota que algunos detalles se tienen que limar: es un poco extraño que sea a la carta, por ejemplo.
