“Hice una reserva en mayo, sin embargo, debido a las restricciones de Covid, tuve que reprogramarla para una fecha posterior. Cuando volví a llamar para confirmar la fecha, me dijeron que era demasiado tarde y que lo tomaron como una ausencia. La gerente, Irene Toh, fue extremadamente sarcástica y fue horrible en el manejo de mi caso. Básicamente me robaron $ 290 de mi reserva en la que no me quedé. Esta es la peor experiencia de servicio al cliente que he encontrado, no reserve este lugar horrible.”

“besides a faulty heater and small windows, it was indeed an interesting experience. great for those who would enjoy cooking for loved ones away from home! also, shoutout to the hotel staff, Shao Han (?) for being extremely helpful and friendly. definitely elevated the stay there! :)”
