Estou tão feliz que meu marido e eu escolhemos ficar no Hilton Old Town Alexandria. A equipe foi extremamente simpática, o que tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. O lobby e nosso quarto eram lindo, e a localização era perfeita. Tivemos uma ótima noite aproveitando os muitos restaurantes e bares da Cidade Velha de Alexandria que estavam a uma curta distância do hotel. Nós definitivamente voltaremos!

I am so glad my husband and I chose to stay at the Hilton Old Town Alexandria. The staff was extremely friendly, which made our stay extra enjoyable. The lobby and our room were beautiful, and the location was perfect. We had a great evening enjoying the many restaurants and bars of Old Town Alexandria that were in easy walking distance from the hotel. We will definitely return!

A equipe foi incrível - todos foram prestativos e educados. Dito isto, tivemos vários problemas. A geladeira não funcionou (eles substituíram rapidamente), o banheiro não funcionou bem (eles consertaram) e a máquina de gelo não funcionou (que nunca foi consertada). Bar é muito caro, mesmo para um bar de hotel. A localização é ótima se o metrô estiver funcionando, mas certifique-se de que esteja, ou você gastará dinheiro em carros ou gastará muito tempo chegando a DC.

Staff was amazing - everyone was helpful and polite. That said, we had several issues. Fridge didn't work (they replaced it quickly), toilet didn't work well (they did fix it) and the ice machine didn't work (that never got fixed). Bar is grossly overpriced, even for a hotel bar. Location is great IF the Metro is running, but make sure it is, or you'll spend money on cars or spend lots of time getting to DC.

Totalmente encantador en todo, desayuno como me gusta mucha variedad de frutas y recomiendo el quish. Esta ubicado en pleno AlexandriaOld Town, tienes todo alrededor bares, restaurantes, helados, ropa, a 14 minutos caminando esta Ross store, también H&M. A cinco minutos està Washington DC, hay bastantes edificios antiguos, parques, todo para disfrutar. Disfruten de los videos.

A localização é ótima; infelizmente, foi um pit stop para nós, então não conseguimos explorar o bairro. Estou bastante surpreso que o hotel esteja listado como 4 estrelas. Havia um cheiro distinto de mofo no corredor do nosso andar que diminuiu, mas não desapareceu completamente. Quarto era limpo, mas mostra desgaste definitivo e precisa de uma atualização, especialmente o banheiro. A lixeira no quarto era comicamente pequena. Nós não nos aventuramos no restaurante do hotel porque a multidão da convenção de negócios era tão barulhenta no bar que não podíamos imaginar sentados e tentando desfrutar de uma refeição. Sem problemas com a equipe; gente amiga. Eu fiquei em muitos Hiltons e punhados de verdadeiros hotéis de 4 estrelas, e este é definitivamente mais de 3 estrelas, com base no preço do estacionamento, na falta de uma piscina disponível, nas opções de refeições no local e no total luxo do hotel. Decente se você só precisa de algum lugar na área para descansar a cabeça por uma ou duas noites.

Location is great; unfortunately, it was a pit stop for us, so we didn't get to explore the neighborhood. I'm pretty surprised the hotel is listed as 4-star. There was a distinct mildewy smell in the hallway of our floor that lessened but didn't disappear entirely. Room was clean but shows definite wear and needs an update, especially the bathroom. The wastebasket in the room was comically small. We didn't venture to the in-house restaurant because the business convention crowd was so loud at the bar that we couldn't imagine sitting and trying to enjoy a meal. No issues with staff; friendly folks. I have stayed at many Hiltons and handful of true 4-star hotels, and this one is definitely more of 3-star, based on the price of parking, the lack of an available pool, the on-site dining options, and the overall luxury of the hotel. Decent if you just need somewhere in the area to rest your head for a night or two.

Os quartos são definitivamente bem gastos (não é um hotel muito novo), mas a execução de tudo o mais foi surpreendentemente sólida. O check-in foi tranquilo e o quarto (apesar de algum desgaste) era confortável. As camas funcionou bem, o café foi um passo acima do habitual café no quarto no Hiltons, e o ar condicionado funcionou bem (embora fosse um pouco alto). A localização era ótima -- muito conveniente para a Cidade Velha, mas longe da agitação das ruas principais, além de poder chegar ao transporte público com extrema facilidade! O serviço foi bom, embora não tenha muitas oportunidades de interagir com eles. No geral recomendado - embora eu recomende que os proprietários atualizem o HVAC e remodelem os quartos para obter essa quinta estrela indescritível.

Not really a 4-star hotel anymore.From Investopedia: "Four-star hotels offer loads of special services and amenities, including concierge services, fine dining, multiple pools, and hot tubs, high-class fitness centers, bellhops, room service, valet parking, day spas, limousine services, and an array of special suites."No valet.No bellhops.No pool.Nothing high class about the treadmill room.The dining was fine, but average at best with exceptionally slow service.They didn't even bother with room service; not even replacing the coffee or towels. Absolutely zero effort was put in by anyone at this hotel.The security guard was at least pleasant and greeted me when I awkwardly stood in the lobby waiting for service.Good for him.Embarrassing for the concierge.COVID isn't a viable excuse anymore for non-existent services.Read this little blurb from Hilton's 2022 first quarter financial statement:"Christopher J. Nassetta, President & Chief Executive Officer of Hilton, said, "We are happy to report solid first quarter results, with all segments driving better than expected top line performance in March. Our results in the quarter, coupled with our confidence in continued recovery throughout the year, enabled us to begin returning capital to shareholders earlier than we had anticipated. In March, we resumed our share repurchase program and, in the second quarter, we declared a quarterly cash dividend. Our team members worked hard to effectively navigate the pandemic and position the Company for the future, and we are excited for the growth opportunities that lie ahead."So, Hilton is having such incredible profits they are doing a share buyback.That's really amazing.Meanwhile, they aren't offering even the most basic level of services you should expect from a 4-star hotel.Let's be honest, only the price is 4-stars at the Hilton right now.The actual experience is a 2-star at best.

The rooms are definitely well-worn (it's not a very new hotel) but the execution on everything else was surprisingly solid.The check-in was a breeze and the room (despite some wear) was comfortable.The beds worked well, the coffee was a step above the usual in-room coffee at Hiltons, and the air condition worked well (although it was a bit loud).The location was great -- very convenient to Old Town but away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, plus you could get to public transportation extremely easily!Service was fine although didn't have that many opportunities to interact with them.Overall recommended -- although I'd recommend that the owners refresh the HVAC and remodel the rooms to get that elusive fifth star.

Fiquei aqui várias vezes para trabalhar e tem sido uma ótima experiência cada vez. Os quartos são muito bons e limpos e bem cuidados. O bar e restaurante do hotel é conveniente e oferece uma bebida decente e um menu de comida mais leve, mas a localização e estar a uma curta distância de tudo na King Street é uma das melhores partes. A equipe é muito cortês e atenciosa e o próprio hotel tem algumas ótimas comodidades e uma pequena loja de conveniência também. A minha única reclamação é o quão apertado/estreito a garagem de estacionamento é, bem como as taxas de estacionamento. Caso contrário, este tem sido um ótimo lugar para ficar.

I have stayed here several times for work and it has been a great experience each time. The rooms are very nice and are clean and well maintained. The hotel bar and restaurant is convenient and offers a decent drink and lighter food menu, but the location and being within walking distance from everything on King Street is one of the best parts. The staff is very courteous and attentive and the hotel itself has some nice amenities and a little convenience shop as well. My only complaint is how tight/narrow the parking garage is as well as the parking fees. Otherwise, this has been a great place to stay.

O Hilton Alexandria Old Town não poderia estar mais convenientemente localizado a partir do aeroporto - a apenas duas rápidas estações de metrô. Também é útil para DC de metrô se você não se importa um pouco de um passeio mais longo (nós não). O metrô fica do outro lado da rua e também há um Whole Foods a poucos minutos a pé. O quarto era grande, confortável e muito bem decorado. Foi perfeitamente tranquilo - algo que realmente valorizamos em um quarto de hotel. O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada de todas as lojas e restaurantes da King Street, também da orla. Se você não quiser andar, há um bonde gratuito que vem ao lado do hotel. Eu recomendo se tornar um membro Hilton Honors (é grátis), caso contrário, há uma taxa de wifi. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos.

The Hilton Alexandria Old Town couldn't be more conveniently located from the airport - just two quick metro stops away. It is also handy to DC by metro if you don't mind a bit of a longer ride (we didn't). The metro is right across the street and there is also a Whole Foods a few minutes' walk away. The room was large, comfortable, and very nicely furnished. It was perfectly quiet - something we really value in a hotel room. The hotel is in easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on King Street, also the water front. If you don't want to walk, there is a free trolley that comes right by the hotel. I recommend becoming a Hilton Honors member (it is free to do so), otherwise there is a charge for wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful.
