“Staff was amazing - everyone was helpful and polite. That said, we had several issues. Fridge didn't work (they replaced it quickly), toilet didn't work well (they did fix it) and the ice machine didn't work (that never got fixed). Bar is grossly overpriced, even for a hotel bar. Location is great IF the Metro is running, but make sure it is, or you'll spend money on cars or spend lots of time getting to DC.”
