O hotel tem uma boa localização, o pessoal é simpático e prestativo (o meu favorito é o recepcionista Mert), a limpeza é muito boa, o pequeno-almoço é tão bom. Cada vez que vou, espero que o quarto não fique do lado voltado para os trilhos do trem (para a vista😊), é um hotel onde você pode ficar tranquilo.

Very poor customer service, we booked 2 nights with booking.com , and when we got to the hotel, the customer service manager told us that the room we booked it’s only a standard room, witch is not true, my advice is to make sure you get what you ask forand do not believe what the customer service front desk telling you. I will never go back.

Buen hotel moderno y de mediano tamaño en el barrio de bayraklı, dentro del distrito costero de Bornova, en la ciudad de Izmir. Hay una estación de Izban (tranvía de Izmir) al lado y en los alrededores se concentran una mezcla de edificios viejos y descuidados con rascacielos lujosos de nueva construcción. También hay un centro comercial majo cerca, el EgePerla.El hotel tiene buen acceso para parar con coche y dejar las maletas. Además tiene un pequeño parking alrededor propio. En caso de no encontrar aparcamiento se puede parar en la entrada y ceder el coche al servicio aparcacoches (gratuito para huéspedes). En ese caso nos darán un resguardo y estacionaran el coche en aparcamientos fuera del hotel. Al entregar el resguardo en recepción nos dejarán el coche en la entrada.El hotel parece tener buena seguridad y el servicio es atento y profesional. Las habitaciones están muy bien, corresponden con lo anunciado y tienen una pequeña terraza.El desayuno no está mal, aunque le falta variedad en mi opinión. Es un desayuno turco bastante básico. El precio del desayuno no coincide con el de las web de reserva, aunque está dentro del precio medio de la zona.

Price vs What you get, is definitely low. Private car parking is limited with no support from hotel. Also due to covid fitness salon is either closed or full. Only 2 persons are allowed at a time which is ridiculous for such a huge hotel. If covid is a concern, how come every facility in the hotel is over crowded?

Near the road. Rarely you can be interrupted by sirens, constructions, grumbling etc. which can make it hard to concentrate, even if you are at the 9th floor. Thats the nature of the place. If you are working like me and need a quiet room, ask for it. They are helpful and supportive.

El hotel está bien ubicado pero desafortunadamente, los servicios que ofrece no son los mejores, el baño tira mucha agua por la regadera. Otra carencia es el estacionamiento, es muy pequeño, el segundo día que estuve hospedado no encontré lugar. Se ofrecieron en estacionario personal del hotel, desgraciadamente le dieron un golpe al lado del conductor por supuesto que no se hacen responsables. Al contrario te tratan de mentiroso. Este tema lo tratamos con el gerente en turnodel día 21 se septiembre en la noche. Para tener acceso a toallas, jabón etc tienes que estarlo pidiendo todos los días a recepción. Un día dejamos una de las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación en la habitación del hotel y la persona que fue a limpiar la habitación se la llevó jamás entendí el motivo. El desayuno del restaurant es pobre todos los días lo mismo. En fin no fue una buena experiencia, estuve hospedado en la habitación603 del 18 al 22 de septiembre de 2021.

Really terrible. Room on first floor with view of building site and noisy railway and motorway. Food is really awful. Bar closed and there is no garden! Canteen closed all day so options to do in the hotel are non existent. Surrounded by motorways so a convenience store is 20 minute walk away. Terrible location all round

Good property but terrible stay. Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. The shower drain was blocked so when I took a shower the whole room was filled with water. I asked the front desk to get us some towels to dry the mess and it took them forever to send someone and yet they didn’t fix it so my wife couldn’t take a shower. I asked for a cart to carry our luggage and it never showed up. I went down stairs to ask for the cart again and they said the cart is on the way but it never showed up so we had to carry our heavy luggages back to the car. I talked to Ihsan, the front desk manager, explaining the situation. He said he is sorry but he didn’t offer anything to ease down the terrible experience. Yet, he said that the management will “investigate” and get back to you through email. Very unprofessional. Stay away since this building only carries the Hilton name.

Great location, to the city center 5-10 minutes by car.Metro station and bus stop less than a hundred meters from the hotel.Shopping center "Perla" in 10 minutes walk.The room is cozy, quiet, with all the necessary equipment (iron, coffee maker ....).My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.Thanks to the hotel staff for the excellent service.

Won't stay again. Bad location for driving and 100% bad for walking unless you take train. AC doesn't work when your not in room or when on balcony so room is always hot.

Estuvimos una sola noche por lo que no puedo hablar de algunos aspectos, la comida es buena, la habitación amplia, la cama cómoda y las sábanas impecables. En mi tour por Turquía fue mejor que varios hoteles cinco estrellas. Con respecto a la localización o facilidad de transporte no puedo dar opinión

Buen hotel. Habitación más que correcta: como nueva y muy buena conexión wifi (gratuita), cama mullidacon sábanas de calidad, baño con bañera y espacio suficiente para estar dos personas preparándose para el checkout. 2 botellas de 50 cl decortesía.Personal atento y amable. Alejado del centro, si, PERO muy cerca del metro que por menos de 2 liras (abril 2019) te deja en el centro. A 15 minutos andando está el centro comercial Ege Perla.

Algo lejos del centro, pero si vas en coche es una buena opción para alojarte en tu visita aEsmira. Bien comunicado por Metro y autobús ofrece bellas vistas de la ciudad. Recomendable.
