“Very poor customer service, we booked 2 nights with booking.com , and when we got to the hotel, the customer service manager told us that the room we booked it’s only a standard room, witch is not true, my advice is to make sure you get what you ask forand do not believe what the customer service front desk telling you. I will never go back.”
