“Nice hotel, very convenient location. Close to shopping mall, activities and a few other restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor jacuzzi water was too cold. The pool/ downstairs music play a bit loudly until late at night which can be annoying if you want to relax on the balcony or leave the windows open. There is a guard at the entrance to control check in and out which makes the area a bit more secured. The room were spacious with lot of sunlight.They have pool service, jacuzzi, sauna, restaurant, business center were you can take your Covid test along with a few more other services. We order in room food service but we’re disappointed. Nothing was tasty, meat too tough, order a grilled flank steak and traditional pibil style pork( not good to taste) we never order food services again. Had good mojito cocktails though! Had dryer, a scale, coffee /tea maker in the room.”

“The STAFF!!!! They are amazing,,,,the security, the front desk staff, the house keeping staff, the food and beverage staff, I mean everybody went above and beyond. The pool is well kept and beautiful. The front desk staff made sure they always got us secured taxi and also made sure we weren’t over charged. The security staff made sure every taxi we used information were obtained. The food and beverage staff took my allergies very seriously and never served me anything I’m allergic to. The food is very good especially breakfast , the dining area very clean. highly recommend this hotel and will be back in December.”
