“I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have stayed in in the U.S. the unique style isn’t for everyone but it is very well executed. The staff boasts this sort of relaxed friendly competence that you don’t see at many other places. The views from the ceiling to floor sound proof windows are hard to beat anywhere else in the city and the location is fantastic. Highly recommend!”

“I stayed in a Grand King River view and it was spacious,clean and the views where to die for. The luxurious bathroom have heated floors and I felt like I was in a spa. I like this location because is quite, but still not far from the action/Magnificent Mile and it’s in a very upscale area. I never heard a police sirens from my room and it could be the double glazed windows, and that’s a plus If you’re a light sleeper. The pool and the views are amazing and the staff is super attentive. I would stay here in a heartbeat. Being in the travel industry I deal with many VIPS and corporate clients and this exceeded my high standards and expectations when it comes to hotels. 5 Stars.”
