I may have this wrong. 19 years ago, we stayed one night here. Since then, I think they have sold out to a new owner. In turn, the existing Bay Front rooms look as though they have been split in half, and all the internal fitting are not of the same quality. The bathrooms are only one-third the size they originally were. With all the new buildings in front of the bay front rooms, the view has been extensively depleted. It was all a bit disappointing from our first visit.

Very unhappy stay, staff were okay. Although the room/s (We had been upgraded but there wasn’t any improvements from the first room. Couldn’t get another place last minute due to New Years making it expensive. ) we had been put in was dirty, mould in the sinks, stains on the curtain that looked a lot like dried blood that had tried to be wiped but was still very visible, carpets were stained, scratches and marks on the walls as well as make up marks, sink wouldn’t drain, the mirrors weren’t wiped and neither were the windows which had hand prints, had found a dead bug inside of the photo frame in the living area which was easily spotted, dust everywhere. Although we had been upgraded we could not be bothered to take it up any further because it was a long trip to the hotel and we were very tired and after the upgrade that it was clear we weren’t going to get any improvements. Everything felt extremely dirty, the only good thing was the view. Did not enjoy our stay.

We have been here in the past and it was fantastic, the service is always good but we were upgraded for our long overdue honeymoon this time (which was great) but the cleanliness has definitely wained in recent years they explained it's mainly Due to Covid and staff shortages but nonetheless it felt grubby and a little dilapidated. I'd say they'll be due for renovations in the near future. Great pool and gym facilities too. I'd maybe stay again, but we expected more for the price you pay for a room..

Great short stay, friendly front desk staff, very helpful. Harbour view apartment (21st floor) awesome views of city and harbour. Very tidy and spacious apartment. Considering it’s very central, had a great nights sleep. Good Coffee Club for breakfast down stairs too. WiFi was great as well. On site parking was really great and very easy (pretty reasonable at $40 p/n considering this is the city center). Easy to park out front of hotel to check-in, then drive around corner to the undercover parking, then lift direct to your floor. So easy and simple.

Just awesome! Room was spacious, clean, had everything needed including washing machine & dryer. The view outstanding! 😊 The service was perfect at check in & leaving. Car parking was easy and worth the money in the city. 2 Spa pools and a big swimming pool open till 11. Great location for everything and easy to walk downstairs to all the local eateries. Thank you so much! More than I expected to get and very reasonable prices 😊
