“Just awesome! Room was spacious, clean, had everything needed including washing machine & dryer. The view outstanding! 😊 The service was perfect at check in & leaving. Car parking was easy and worth the money in the city. 2 Spa pools and a big swimming pool open till 11. Great location for everything and easy to walk downstairs to all the local eateries. Thank you so much! More than I expected to get and very reasonable prices 😊”

“Very unhappy stay, staff were okay. Although the room/s (We had been upgraded but there wasn’t any improvements from the first room. Couldn’t get another place last minute due to New Years making it expensive. ) we had been put in was dirty, mould in the sinks, stains on the curtain that looked a lot like dried blood that had tried to be wiped but was still very visible, carpets were stained, scratches and marks on the walls as well as make up marks, sink wouldn’t drain, the mirrors weren’t wiped and neither were the windows which had hand prints, had found a dead bug inside of the photo frame in the living area which was easily spotted, dust everywhere. Although we had been upgraded we could not be bothered to take it up any further because it was a long trip to the hotel and we were very tired and after the upgrade that it was clear we weren’t going to get any improvements. Everything felt extremely dirty, the only good thing was the view. Did not enjoy our stay.”
