“A great complex with multiple hotels which can all be visited by jumping on the little electric shuttles. The lobbies to these hotels are some of the grandest I have ever seen.
Add to that the Maya people who tend to work the bars and catering are the loveliest of people. Always smiling and ready with a "Ola".
If you can't enjoy this place you're very hard to please. We had a great time.”

“This is our 3rd time at Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal! We love the resort so much. The beaches are beautiful, the food is great and the resort is so clean. We have so much fun and the most amazing time here!! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help with anything you need! Karla and Luis from the reception area were great with checking on us when we arrived and were great to us! It’s our favorite place to visit and we already can’t wait to come back again! 😊”
