“By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The day I arrive they told me my booking was cancelled, took them an eternity to fix the error in the system. The day after I checked out, they repeatedly charged my card OVER A DOZEN TIMES within 15 minutes. My stay was booked AND fully paid for two prior. Their phone lines were down for over a week, so I had to I email them to ask them to stop charging me and provide an explanation. I never received a response. Horrible experience, I’d rate zero stars if I could.”

“La ubicación es excelente, cerca del hotel se encuentran varias estaciones que te permiten desplazarte por todo NY. Además, el barrio tiene numerosos restaurantes con comida de calidad a un precio un poco inferior al del centro de Manhattan.El personal, en general, muy respetuoso y simpático. Nos cambiaron de habitación puesto que íbamos a pasar muchos días allí y la habitación que teníamos era minúscula, el cambio fue de forma gratuita. Nos gustaría hacer especial mención a Cristina, una chica que atendía el desayuno, muy agradable y siempre nos ayudó.Los puntos negativos:El desayuno, que dicen es gratuito pero que en realidad viene incluido en el precio, es escaso y la mayoría de los días no les queda de nada (no les gusta reponer).La limpieza del hotel es mínima. El Aérea de desayuno lo limpian con toallitas y las mesas se quedan llenas de manchas del desayuno anterior. La habitación también tiene una limpieza bastante escasa, las sabanas tenían manchas al igual que las cortinas.”
