Bad hotel, poor customer service from the staff, lackof services (no hot water during the whole stay), not interest to support or provide solutions for there customers, I saw at least two additional couple complaining about the same situation. Finally a lot of people that doesnt stay at the hotel hace access, and they wonder around the hotel. Worst option in Manhattan

A atenção do pessoal é boa, mas tudo no hotel é antigo. Há apenas um elevador, os quartos têm uma boa vista, mas não é muito limpo. O clima do bairro é um pouco pesado, embora tenha estações de metrô próximas.Não voltaria

La atención del personal es buena sin embargo todo en el hotel es viejo. Solo existe un elevador , los cuartos tienen buena vista pero no es muy limpio . El ambiente del barrio es un poco pesado aunque tiene cerca estaciones de metro .No regresaría

Located in a great location but not everything I expected. The rooms are smaller than a college dorm room. Had no TV service for both nights I stayed had no towels the first high I stayed. There was no WiFi service at all. Ask upon leaving the establishment for a discount for my inconvenience. Was told I would receive an email from the manager. After no email nor phone call. I called to find out they still have no phone service nor internet service to this day. I still have the receipt because I do plan to go back and get my discount. I'm still mad at Hotels.comfor not intervening in some way. Especially since the hotel is listed on there site but doesn't have a legitimate phone number or email to contact the company when Hotels.com customer's have a complaint. I would never go back there again.

De longe, a pior experiência de hotel que já tive. No dia em que cheguei disseram que minha reserva foi cancelada, demoraram uma eternidade para consertar o erro no sistema. No dia seguinte ao check-out, eles cobraram repetidamente em meu cartão MAIS DE DÚZIAS VEZES em 15 minutos. Minha estadia foi reservada e totalmente paga por dois antes. Suas linhas telefônicas ficaram inativas por mais de uma semana, então tive que enviar um e-mail para pedir que parassem de me cobrar e fornecer uma explicação. Nunca recebi uma resposta. Experiência horrível, eu classificaria zero estrelas se pudesse.

O quarto não se parecia em nada com as fotos. Era muito pequeno e muito assustador, honestamente, os interiores são datados. Definitivamente não vale a pena os $ 200+ que gastei para ficar uma única noite. Boa vista do horizonte embora.

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The day I arrive they told me my booking was cancelled, took them an eternity to fix the error in the system. The day after I checked out, they repeatedly charged my card OVER A DOZEN TIMES within 15 minutes. My stay was booked AND fully paid for two prior. Their phone lines were down for over a week, so I had to I email them to ask them to stop charging me and provide an explanation. I never received a response. Horrible experience, I’d rate zero stars if I could.

Room looked nothing like the photos. It was very small and pretty creepy honestly, interiors are dated. Definitely not worth the $200+ I spent to stay a single evening. Good view of the skyline though.

O hotel está fechado e fechado, mas ainda aceita pagamentos. Eles não têm recepção, linha telefônica ou e-mail. Disse a todos da minha família para irem para lá e todos nós tivemos que mudar nossos planos no último minuto depois de ler os comentários do Google. Você precisa ligar para o Redford Hotel para obter um reembolso ou resgatar a estadia no Redford.É uma pena porque eu adorava este lugar quando era aberto!

La peor experiencia de un hotel, reservé para dos noches y el día que llego al hotel está clausurado, horas después me enviaron un mensaje de que habían cambiado mi reservación a otro hotel sin haberme consultado y después me cobraron las dos noches. Pésima atención y servicio. Recomiendo no reservar con ellos en ninguna circunstancia.

The hotel is shut down and boarded up but still accepting payments. They have no reception, phone line, or email. I told everyone in my family to go there and we all had to change our plans last-minute after reading the Google reviews. You need to call the Redford Hotel to get a refund or redeem the stay at the Redford instead.It’s a shame because I used to love this place when it was open!

Que pena. Un hotel con una buena ubicación, en un barrio con buenas alternativas y fallan en limpieza, desayuno y mobiliario. Sábanas, toallas y aseo mal. Desayuno escaso y cuando se acaba, excusas y no reponen. El mobiliario excaso y sin funcionalidad.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del hotel se encuentran varias estaciones que te permiten desplazarte por todo NY. Además, el barrio tiene numerosos restaurantes con comida de calidad a un precio un poco inferior al del centro de Manhattan.El personal, en general, muy respetuoso y simpático. Nos cambiaron de habitación puesto que íbamos a pasar muchos días allí y la habitación que teníamos era minúscula, el cambio fue de forma gratuita. Nos gustaría hacer especial mención a Cristina, una chica que atendía el desayuno, muy agradable y siempre nos ayudó.Los puntos negativos:El desayuno, que dicen es gratuito pero que en realidad viene incluido en el precio, es escaso y la mayoría de los días no les queda de nada (no les gusta reponer).La limpieza del hotel es mínima. El Aérea de desayuno lo limpian con toallitas y las mesas se quedan llenas de manchas del desayuno anterior. La habitación también tiene una limpieza bastante escasa, las sabanas tenían manchas al igual que las cortinas.

Buena situación el metro cercano. El barrio un poco conflicto. Las habitaciones pequeñas sin armarios y la limpieza escasa. Sabanas sucias no limpian lo suficiente. El desayuno penoso la mayoría de los días faltabancosas. Yo en este hotel no repito ni de coña y no lo recomiendo
