“I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I've been to Chicago a few times but this is the first time I stayed at the Viceroy and WOW. All of the staff made us feel right at home but the absolute gem of this hotel is Alison, who works at the front desk. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. Great people make great places and we can't thank her enough. She made our stay memorable. We won't ever stay at another hotel while in Chicago again. Thank you Alison!!! See you in January!”
