“Where do I begin with this wonderful experience at an even better property? We were people from a mid-sized city trying to make it around a metropolis. The people in this hotel couldn't have been more helpful. The security guard Polo was outstanding and helped us get into the hotel from a rear entrance when we couldn't get my wheelchair up the steps from the back of the hotel to the main street level. He could have made us walk blocks to get to the main entrance, but he didn't.
Front desk people were exceptionally courteous and the bellman was helpful about where to pick up snacks since the vending machines are not available due to Covid regulations in Illinois.
Our room was fantastic. It was so clean and spacious. We took our pets as this is a pet friendly hotel and they were very accommodating.
We will be making a return trip next month and have no doubts that we will be staying at this hotel again.”
