“This was my second time in Istanbul, and I specifically chose to return to the Sheraton in Istanbul city center. The service is outstanding, and the staff is very responsive to all requests. I had emailed them the week before asking for an extra bed on a specific day, and even though I forgot to remind them on that day, I came to see the room fully prepared. Their breakfast buffet is also very generous, and room cleaning and quality control is top notch. My only complaint would be that the rooms are a little noisy because of the street below.”

“Great hotel, great staff, great rooms. This establishment is brand new and very comfortable, the location is "under development/construction" and lacks a bit charm but you are very close to the good spots anyway. We had our company kick off (100 people) and the conference facilities were fantastic.
A slightly disappointed with hot dishes during lunch, cold buffet was excellent. Also a bit disappointed that the hotel restaurant was an Italian themed menu, why not Turkish cuisine?
