Great hotel with good amenities and friendly staff. I arrived at 6 AM from a red eye flight and they had arranged for a room at that time. Through the stay they were helpful with small requests. The breakfast was awesome! Large selection of everything including local Turkish cheeses, breads, halva, olives etc…agree with other reviews about the location. But thankfully taxis in Turkey are affordable and easy to get. Highly recommend!

This was my second time in Istanbul, and I specifically chose to return to the Sheraton in Istanbul city center. The service is outstanding, and the staff is very responsive to all requests. I had emailed them the week before asking for an extra bed on a specific day, and even though I forgot to remind them on that day, I came to see the room fully prepared. Their breakfast buffet is also very generous, and room cleaning and quality control is top notch. My only complaint would be that the rooms are a little noisy because of the street below.

My staying at Sheraton Istanbul City Center Hotel was great from different perspectives! The hotel team is very cooperative, restaurant team are very kind and caring for clients comfort, breakfast is rich and various options, rooms keepers are so active and regular. I do recommend it for passengers and will stay at in future.

The hotel is very modern but the location is very bad. The hotel offers free shuttle service which makes up for the bad location, but it takes a long time to make it to Taksim Square whereas other hotels for the same price are a couple minutes away. The rooms were tiny as well. The breakfast was good with a lot of options to chose from. The staff was very friendly. The pool, spa, and gym were very nice and I had a fun time using them. As this being my second time to Istanbul, I would prefer staying in the hotel I had stayed in for my first time instead of this one.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Much like others have written: The walls are paper thin. You will hear anything and everything from the room next to you. It was so bad, I had to request to move rooms at 11pm on the first night. Now my new room is next to a crying baby. I get that happens. But again, because the walls are so thin, it’s like the baby is in my room. And every time someone opens a door, it literally shakes your room. I also agree with comments about the breakfast. It seriously lacks for an alleged ‘five star’ hotel. You can find much better in Istanbul. Don’t stay here.

I have no idea how this hotel can be labelled as a 5-star. Yes, the staff is nice and kind once you're there (nothing out of the ordinary, however), but the customer care before and after travel is absolutely appalling. Just getting a conference room booked before travelling, took about 5 different calls and being passed on from staff to staff, without anyone knowing how to help. After leaving the hotel, I emailed 3 times for an invoice, and my email keeps getting ignored.

I rate Titanic Downtown Hotel 5.0. Today I attended an International conference here. My Experience is excellenti felt too relaxed from entry to exit. Very impressive welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Very attractive interiors, neat clean and perfumed atmosphere. Conference Hall is just awesome, impressive lighting and sound arrangements. We had buffet lunch and 1st floor. And I found all the food too delicious. Serving is also very good. Staff behavior is so friendly and professional. If I am going to host anyother conference I'll prefer this hotel. I don't have any idea about prices of the hotel. Overall its one of the best hotels of the town.

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms. This establishment is brand new and very comfortable, the location is "under development/construction" and lacks a bit charm but you are very close to the good spots anyway. We had our company kick off (100 people) and the conference facilities were fantastic. A slightly disappointed with hot dishes during lunch, cold buffet was excellent. Also a bit disappointed that the hotel restaurant was an Italian themed menu, why not Turkish cuisine? Special thanks to front desk (Emrah), admin/sales office dealing with our conference organization and bar and restaurant staff.

I spent five nights in the hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. The room is fine, but one thing really bothered me, the outside window was really dirty and it didn’t open. The pool and sauna is great. Breakfast is really good. There is not much around the hotel but there is a shuttle bus that drops you off in Taksim quite quickly. Will I go back to this hotel? Yes:)

The location is not good, yeah there is a shuttle but it takes a while for it to full up and go. There is no restaurants around the hotel. But the hotel itself is very good, it’s new, it has a friendly staff, the hot breakfast buffet could use more options since it had 4 options while i was there
